【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、全球投資泛濫化、產(chǎn)能過剩長期化、買方市場常態(tài)化。市場巨變正在發(fā)生,這并不是周期性的變化,而是結(jié)構(gòu)性變化,這意味著過去傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)模式將在未來徹底改變,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)必須轉(zhuǎn)型,迫在眉睫。商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新在創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大和成熟企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型過程中起到了決定性作用,在學(xué)界和商界得到廣泛關(guān)注,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新可以使企業(yè)獲得持續(xù)的戰(zhàn)略性競爭優(yōu)勢。特別是在當(dāng)前新技術(shù)快速導(dǎo)入和市場發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)性變化的今天,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)比任何時候都迫切的需要商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,以期達(dá)到企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。盡管商業(yè)模式及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的概念提出時間不長,目前研究多講商業(yè)模式的設(shè)計核心定義為價值主張、價值創(chuàng)造、或價值捕獲,然后現(xiàn)有研究忽視價值實(shí)現(xiàn)與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式中價值實(shí)現(xiàn)的研究。本文試圖通過探索性案例研究和對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新及價值實(shí)現(xiàn)等文獻(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)回顧,結(jié)合面向價值實(shí)現(xiàn)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新背景下探索適合SF公司的商業(yè)模式,并以SF公司為例,基于虛擬市場理論、資源觀(resource-basedview)企業(yè)理論、熊彼特(Schumpeter)創(chuàng)新理論、價值鏈分析、戰(zhàn)略網(wǎng)絡(luò)、交易成本經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等,結(jié)合商業(yè)模式設(shè)計的邏輯與方法,利用定性、定量的實(shí)證研究。結(jié)合價值實(shí)現(xiàn)測量工具,產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)、企業(yè)內(nèi)外部認(rèn)知一致性、規(guī)模與范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面測量和分析,為類似SF公司的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型面對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新提出建設(shè)性的解決方案和思路。本文設(shè)計創(chuàng)新SF公司的產(chǎn)品+服務(wù)的商業(yè)模式,協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品+服務(wù)的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建全新的業(yè)務(wù)生態(tài),包含產(chǎn)品(種子、化肥、農(nóng)藥)、種植服務(wù)、農(nóng)機(jī)租賃、農(nóng)村金融、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品收儲、氣象與種植大數(shù)據(jù)等,打造全新的生態(tài)圈。
[Abstract]:With the integration of the global economy, the proliferation of global investment, the long-term overcapacity, the regularization of the buyer's market, the tremendous changes in the market are taking place. This is not a cyclical change, but a structural change. This means that the traditional business model in the past will be completely changed in the future, and the traditional enterprise must be transformed and imminent. Business model innovation has played a decisive role in the development and growth of the start-up enterprise and the strategic transformation of the mature enterprise. In the academic and business circles, business model innovation can give enterprises a sustained strategic competitive advantage, especially at a time of rapid introduction of new technologies and structural changes in the market. Traditional enterprises need business model innovation more than ever, in order to achieve the strategic transformation of enterprises. Although the concept of business model and business model innovation is not long put forward, At present, the core of business model design is defined as value proposition, value creation, or value capture. Then the existing research ignores the value realization and the value realization in the traditional enterprise business model. This paper attempts to review the business model innovation and value realization through exploratory case study and the systematic review of the business model innovation and value realization. Under the background of value oriented business model innovation, this paper explores the business model suitable for SF company. Taking SF company as an example, based on virtual market theory, resource-based view enterprise theory, Schumpeter innovation theory, value chain analysis, strategic network. Transaction cost economics, combining the logic and method of business model design, using qualitative and quantitative empirical research, combining with value measurement tools, products and services, enterprise internal and external cognitive consistency, The scale and scope economy are measured and analyzed in order to provide constructive solutions and ideas for the transformation of enterprises similar to SF Company in the face of business model innovation. This paper designs and innovates the business model of SF Company's products and services. Coordinate the relationship between products and services, build a new business ecology, including products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, planting services, agricultural machinery leasing, rural finance, agricultural products storage, meteorology and planting big data, etc.) to create a new ecological circle.
