【摘要】:伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,中國汽車工業(yè)也得到了快速發(fā)展,汽車消費(fèi)市場的規(guī)模正在不斷擴(kuò)大,代表民族工業(yè)的自主品牌汽車企業(yè)與各外資品牌汽車企業(yè)之間的競爭也因此日趨激烈。為了搶占市場制高點(diǎn),把握住難能可貴的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展機(jī)遇期,以Q汽車集團(tuán)為代表的自主品牌汽車企業(yè)紛紛加大了投資力度,新的投資項(xiàng)目不斷涌現(xiàn),項(xiàng)目因此已經(jīng)成為了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃落地的重要載體,項(xiàng)目管理的幅度和深度都大為增加。既往的以單一項(xiàng)目為單位主體,各自為戰(zhàn)的項(xiàng)目投資管理模式已經(jīng)越發(fā)難以適應(yīng)嚴(yán)苛的市場環(huán)境,盡快建立滿足多項(xiàng)目需求的投資管理專職機(jī)構(gòu)勢在必行。本文將以Q汽車集團(tuán)在零部件領(lǐng)域的投資項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)例為研究對象,開展建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理辦公室的相關(guān)應(yīng)用研究。在第一章中,先提出全文的研究背景、研究意義和研究方法。在第二章中,通過對項(xiàng)目管理、多項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目組織機(jī)構(gòu)和項(xiàng)目管理辦公室相關(guān)理論的研究,基本明確了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理辦公室的理論工具。在第三章中,主要分析了Q汽車集團(tuán)在零部件領(lǐng)域中項(xiàng)目投資管理的現(xiàn)狀,歸納出主要問題點(diǎn),證明了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理辦公室的必要性。在第四章中,通過組織內(nèi)部研討,提出建設(shè)企業(yè)層級項(xiàng)目管理辦公室的目標(biāo),并著重探討了如何根據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理辦公室的相關(guān)理論、方法和技術(shù),制定出切實(shí)可行的具體建設(shè)方案,包括職責(zé)范圍、組織架構(gòu)、流程優(yōu)化、試點(diǎn)工作等內(nèi)容。最后,在第五章中,對于全文的研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出通過建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理辦公室可以解決戰(zhàn)略落地、職權(quán)沖突、管理低效、資源分配等現(xiàn)實(shí)性問題,并對研究不足和應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了論述。
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid development of China's economy, China's automobile industry has also got rapid development, and the scale of the auto consumption market is constantly expanding. As a result, the competition between the independent brand automobile enterprises representing the national industry and the foreign brand automobile enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to seize the commanding high ground of the market and seize the valuable strategic development opportunity period, The independent brand automobile enterprises represented by Q Automobile Group have increased their investment efforts and new investment projects have been emerging, so the projects have become an important carrier of the strategic planning of enterprises. The scope and depth of project management have been greatly increased. The previous project investment management model, with a single project as the main unit, has become increasingly difficult to adapt to the harsh market environment. It is imperative to establish a professional investment management institution to meet the needs of multi-projects as soon as possible. This paper will take the example of Q Automobile Group's investment project management in the field of parts and components as the research object. In the first chapter, the research background, significance and research methods of the full text are put forward. In the second chapter, through the project management, multi-project management, The research on the theory of project organization and project management office has basically defined the theoretical tools of the construction project management office. In the third chapter, it mainly analyzes the current situation of project investment management in the field of parts and components of Q Automobile Group. The main problem points are summarized and the necessity of the construction project management office is proved. In chapter 4th, through organizing internal discussion, the goal of the construction enterprise level project management office is put forward. It also discusses how to work out practical and practical construction plan according to the relevant theories, methods and techniques of the project management office, including the scope of responsibilities, organizational structure, process optimization, pilot work and so on. In chapter 5th, the author summarizes the research contents of the paper, and points out that the problems of strategy landing, power conflict, inefficient management, resource allocation and so on can be solved through the construction of project management office. The shortage of research and the prospect of application are also discussed.
