【摘要】：弱人工智能是目前的主要生態(tài),但強(qiáng)人工智能和超人工智能遲早會(huì)到來。作為第四次科技革命,人工智能在催生出全新產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的同時(shí),也將加速傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí)改造,并將極大豐富人類社會(huì)的服務(wù)供給能力和提升公共治理水平。而對(duì)于人工智能所帶來的道德背離結(jié)果,人類在加強(qiáng)自身對(duì)接能力的同時(shí),更應(yīng)該制定出相應(yīng)的人工智能操作規(guī)程與守則。
[Abstract]:Weak artificial intelligence is the main ecological current, but the strong artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence will come sooner or later. As the fourth revolution of science and technology, artificial intelligence at the birth of new industrial clusters at the same time, will also accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and will greatly enrich the service capacity of the supply of human society and enhance the level of public governance. For the artificial intelligence which bringsmoral deviate from the results of human in strengthening its own docking capacity at the same time, it should develop the corresponding artificial intelligence operation rules and codes.
