【摘要】：隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)和茶葉貿(mào)易的不斷發(fā)展,我國茶葉企業(yè)的茶葉貿(mào)易已經(jīng)不僅僅局限于國內(nèi)市場,而更多地開始向國外市場進(jìn)軍,并占據(jù)了一定的銷售份額。茶葉對外貿(mào)易的快速發(fā)展,致使茶葉企業(yè)對英語人才的需求越來越迫切,不少茶葉企業(yè)缺少對外貿(mào)易英語人才的短板也逐漸暴露出來。在這樣的情況下,科學(xué)分析英語人才在茶葉對外貿(mào)易中的重要作用,有助于使茶葉企業(yè)認(rèn)識到英語人才在茶葉對外貿(mào)易中的重要性,并積極投入到貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域英語人才的吸收、儲備、培養(yǎng)中來�；诖�,本文結(jié)合長期的對外貿(mào)易中英語人才扮演的重要角色,對英語人才在茶葉對外貿(mào)易中的重要作用進(jìn)行了淺要分析,希望對相關(guān)從業(yè)者有所啟示。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's market economy and tea trade, the tea trade of Chinese tea enterprises has not only been confined to the domestic market, but also began to march into the foreign market. As a result of the rapid development of foreign trade in tea, the demand for English language talents in tea enterprises is becoming more and more urgent. The shortage of English talents in foreign trade in many tea enterprises has been gradually exposed. In such cases, scientific analysis of the important role of English talents in foreign trade in tea, It helps to make tea enterprises realize the importance of English talents in tea foreign trade, and actively invest in the absorption, reserve and cultivation of English talents in the field of trade. Combined with the important role of English talents in foreign trade for a long time, this paper makes a brief analysis of the important role of English talents in tea foreign trade, hoping to enlighten the relevant practitioners.
