【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和居民生活水平的提高,人們對于身體健康更加關(guān)注,在健康方面投入的資金和時(shí)間也越來越多。同時(shí),現(xiàn)代社會(huì)生活工作節(jié)奏快,許多不良生活方式,如疲勞過度、抽煙酗酒、缺乏運(yùn)動(dòng)、營養(yǎng)過剩等導(dǎo)致的慢性疾病、潛在疾病增多,加之我國老齡化程度日益嚴(yán)重,健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展成為時(shí)代所需,成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,寧波市在健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展道路上積累了不少的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),本文將以寧波市健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對策為研究內(nèi)容,通過對寧波市健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行掃描,并通過理論研究與實(shí)踐調(diào)查,找出其發(fā)展中存在的問題,并給出相應(yīng)的解決方案。為了準(zhǔn)確全面的發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,本文首先將對相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理和概括,包括產(chǎn)業(yè)理論,健康產(chǎn)業(yè)理論以及“大健康產(chǎn)業(yè)”理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文將對寧波市健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全景式的掃描,包括其發(fā)展歷程,發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及目前發(fā)展中存在的問題。根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題以及相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ),本文將對寧波市的健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路進(jìn)行探索和研究,首先通過SWOT分析總結(jié)寧波市面臨的各方面條件,然后根據(jù)其宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)一步透視其所面臨的發(fā)展條件,在這些環(huán)境和挑戰(zhàn)中,找出其發(fā)展可以依靠的優(yōu)勢條件,進(jìn)而分析其發(fā)展方向和思路。最后,本文將根據(jù)以上分析的結(jié)果,從政策規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和法制化、技術(shù)發(fā)展等方面,為寧波市健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出對策和建議。通過對這一個(gè)案的研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)出我國健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的普遍問題,為相關(guān)行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)和借鑒。本文采取了邏輯演繹與歷史歸納結(jié)合、規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析并舉的方法。在收集整理資料的過程中,根據(jù)需要采取文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查訪問法、比較分析法等具體方法,經(jīng)過研究,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)寧波市健康產(chǎn)業(yè)目前雖已有了長足的發(fā)展,但仍然存在資金短缺,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展保障不足,從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)參差不齊,產(chǎn)業(yè)推動(dòng)力較低,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)巨大的問題。寧波市有良好的市場環(huán)境和積極可靠的政策支持,同時(shí)在發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)方面也有一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和企業(yè)基礎(chǔ),因此本文在總結(jié)其優(yōu)劣勢條件的基礎(chǔ)上,提出加強(qiáng)政府政策規(guī)劃、創(chuàng)建健康產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、建設(shè)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境、提高健康產(chǎn)業(yè)法治化程度、促進(jìn)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)中新技術(shù)的普及六項(xiàng)措施,以促進(jìn)寧波市健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to health, health investment in time and money are more and more. At the same time, modern social life, the fast pace of work, many unhealthy lifestyles, such as smoking and drinking, excessive fatigue, lack of exercise, nutrition and chronic diseases caused by the underlying disease increased, and the degree of aging is becoming increasingly serious in China, the development of the health industry has become the need of the era, has become an inevitable trend of social development. After years of development, Ningbo has accumulated a lot of experience and lessons in the health industry development path, the development countermeasures of health industry in Ningbo city as the research content, through to scan the development of health industry in Ningbo City, and through theoretical research and practical investigation, find out the problems in its development, and gives the corresponding solution. Case. In order to find out the problems accurately and comprehensively, this paper will summarize the related theory, including the theory of industry, health industry and the theory of "big health industry theory, on the basis of this, a panoramic view of the situation this paper will scan the development of Ningbo city health industry, including its development history, development status and existence the current problems in the development. According to the problems and the related theories, the development ideas of health industry in Ningbo city to carry out exploration and research, first through the SWOT analysis of Ningbo city faces various conditions, then according to the environment of the macro environment and the further development of the industry perspective development conditions faced by it, in these challenges and environment, find out the development advantage can rely on the conditions, then analyzes its development direction and ideas. Finally, this paper will be based on the above analysis results, from Policy planning, industrial development and legalization, technology development, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of health industry in Ningbo city. Through the study of this case can be found and summed up the common problems existing in the development of China's health industry, to provide practical guidance and reference for the development of related industries. This paper adopted the logic deduction and historical induction method combining normative analysis and empirical analysis. In the process of collecting and sorting out the data, according to the need to take the method of literature, investigation, comparative analysis and other specific methods, through research, this paper found that the Ningbo city health industry although has made great progress, but there are still some money the shortage, lack of security industry development, uneven quality of personnel, industry driving force is low, industry risk huge problems. Ningbo city has a good market environment and active and reliable. Policy support, but also have some experience and basis of enterprise in the development of the health industry, so this paper based on a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of condition, put forward to strengthen government policy planning, to create a healthy industry cluster, building a healthy industrial environment, improve the health industry level of law, to promote the six measures of new technology in the health industry in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of the industry, the city of Ningbo.
