東安汽發(fā)公司相互依賴型供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展對(duì)制造業(yè)提出更高、更快要求,隨著產(chǎn)品研制周期逐漸縮短,技術(shù)和質(zhì)量不斷提高,要求制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中集成化程度越來越高,供應(yīng)鏈條上的相關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)之間建立起良好的合作關(guān)系顯得越來越重要。對(duì)于制造企業(yè)而言,實(shí)施良好的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理策略對(duì)企業(yè)節(jié)約資源、降低成本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高產(chǎn)品競爭力和企業(yè)績效具有重要的作用。作為一家以研制發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和變速器為主的制造企業(yè),東安汽發(fā)公司目前對(duì)所有的供應(yīng)商仍采取統(tǒng)一的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理策略,既造成資源浪費(fèi),又未達(dá)到供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理效果。對(duì)此,對(duì)東安汽發(fā)公司現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理進(jìn)行改進(jìn),與重要供應(yīng)商建立合作伙伴關(guān)系是東安汽發(fā)公司迫切需要解決的問題。本文在綜述供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,選擇一種適宜的供應(yīng)商分類方法對(duì)東安汽發(fā)公司供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行分類,發(fā)現(xiàn)相互依賴型供應(yīng)商是東安汽發(fā)公司的重要供應(yīng)商,進(jìn)而對(duì)東安汽發(fā)公司相互依賴型供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理展開研究。本文根據(jù)東安汽發(fā)公司目前對(duì)相互依賴型供應(yīng)商實(shí)施的關(guān)系管理境況,找出東安汽發(fā)公司對(duì)該類供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理中存在的主要問題,分析問題產(chǎn)生的根源。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文設(shè)計(jì)東安汽發(fā)公司相互依賴型供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理改進(jìn)方案,并進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)確保東安汽發(fā)公司相互依賴型供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理改進(jìn)方案順利實(shí)施的保障措施。本文采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,研究內(nèi)容既豐富了供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理的理論知識(shí),又為東安汽發(fā)公司實(shí)踐管理供應(yīng)商提供決策參考,具有一定的研究和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and the rapid development of technology, the manufacturing industry needs higher and faster requirements. With the shortening of the product development cycle and the continuous improvement of technology and quality, the integration degree in the manufacturing industry chain is becoming more and more high. It is becoming more and more important for manufacturing enterprises to establish good cooperative relationship among related enterprises in the supply chain. For manufacturing enterprises, the implementation of good supplier relationship management strategy can save resources, reduce costs and risks. Improving product competitiveness and enterprise performance plays an important role. As a manufacturing enterprise that mainly develops engines and transmissions, Dongan Auto Development Company still adopts a unified supplier relationship management strategy for all suppliers. It not only causes waste of resources, but also fails to achieve the effect of supplier relationship management. To this end, the existing supplier relationship management of Dongan Auto & Development Company is improved. Establishing a partnership with important suppliers is an urgent problem that needs to be solved by Dongan Auto & Development Company. A suitable supplier classification method is selected to classify the suppliers of Dongan Auto Development Company. It is found that the interdependent suppliers are the important suppliers of Dongan Auto & Development Company. Based on the current implementation of the relationship management situation of the Dongan Auto Development Company to the interdependent suppliers, this paper studies the relationship management of the interdependent suppliers in Dongan Auto Development Co., Ltd, according to the current situation of the relationship management for the interdependent suppliers in Dongan Auto Development Company. To find out the main problems in the relationship management of this kind of suppliers in Dongan Auto & Development Company, and analyze the root of the problems. On the basis of this, this paper designs the improvement scheme of the mutual dependence supplier relationship management of Dongan Auto & Development Company. Furthermore, the guarantee measures to ensure the successful implementation of the mutually dependent supplier relationship management improvement scheme in Dongan Auto & Development Company are designed. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, which enriches the theoretical knowledge of supplier relationship management. It also provides decision-making reference for practical management supplier of Dongan Auto & Development Company, which has certain research and application value.
