【摘要】：近年來(lái),國(guó)家“一帶一路”政策的縱深推進(jìn)為我國(guó)國(guó)際工程承包企業(yè)帶去了眾多機(jī)遇,這些企業(yè)也依靠自身的不斷努力取得了一定的進(jìn)步,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域也再不斷地拓寬。在國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)承攬項(xiàng)目如同逆水行舟,企業(yè)需要面臨競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈且不斷變化的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。如何在動(dòng)態(tài)的外界環(huán)境中站穩(wěn)腳跟,并不斷更新、提高企業(yè)自身能力以扎根國(guó)際市場(chǎng)之林,是當(dāng)前所有“走出去”的企業(yè)所需認(rèn)真思考的問(wèn)題。企業(yè)外部動(dòng)態(tài)變化的環(huán)境使不少學(xué)者意識(shí)到企業(yè)能夠生存并且發(fā)展不僅依賴(lài)其所具有的資源與能力,更重要的是企業(yè)要根據(jù)環(huán)境的變化進(jìn)行相適應(yīng)的調(diào)整與改變,不斷地對(duì)現(xiàn)有資源與能力進(jìn)行更新。在這種情況下,動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論的提出和應(yīng)用正好契合了這一需求。作為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的工具之一,動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論開(kāi)始越來(lái)越多地被學(xué)者應(yīng)用于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的分析研究中。在這樣的背景下,本文以先前學(xué)者的研究成果為參照并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行拓展,以動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論為切入視角對(duì)國(guó)際工程承包企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行深入分析。文章開(kāi)篇先是引出動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論,以期從動(dòng)態(tài)能力的角度對(duì)國(guó)際工程承包企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行剖析;然后對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)際工程承包企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合企業(yè)在宏觀(guān)層面上取得的進(jìn)展以及從動(dòng)態(tài)能力的視角對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行量化評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)企業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平正在提升,某些方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的確存在著優(yōu)勢(shì),而其他方面則略顯不足,與國(guó)外頂級(jí)承包商相比依舊存在差距。接下來(lái),文章通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究與專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談的方式找出了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力劣勢(shì)問(wèn)題的原因,并結(jié)合國(guó)際頂級(jí)承包商的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,從加大企業(yè)組織層面的支持力度、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)相關(guān)管理制度的建設(shè)、注重復(fù)合型人才的培養(yǎng)以及強(qiáng)化企業(yè)信息化及合作手段的應(yīng)用四個(gè)方面提出了國(guó)際工程承包企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the depth of the national "The Belt and Road" policies to promote China's international engineering contracting enterprises to bring many opportunities, these enterprises also rely on their own efforts and achieved certain progress, expanding business at the same time, the business also is continually broadening. The project contract in international project contracting market as Nishuixingzhou, enterprises need to face the fierce competition and changing international market environment. How to gain a foothold in the external environment dynamic, and constantly updated, improve their ability to root the international market of the forest, is required to think seriously all the "going out" enterprises. Changes in the external environment to make dynamic enterprise many scholars realized that the enterprise can survive and development not only depends on its resources and capabilities, more important is the enterprise to adapt according to the change of the environment The adjustment and change, update the existing resources and ability constantly. In this case, the application and the theory of dynamic capability fits this requirement. As one of the enterprise strategic management tool, dynamic capability theory more and more scholars are applied to the analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises in this. Under the background of this paper, based on research results of previous scholars for reference and on the basis of development, on the theory of dynamic capabilities, in-depth analysis from the perspective of the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises. The article first is the dynamic capability theory, in order to analyze the international engineering contracting enterprises competitiveness from the point of view of dynamic capabilities then the status of our country; the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises are analyzed, combined with the development of enterprises at the macro level and from the perspective of dynamic capabilities The quantitative evaluation for the competitiveness of enterprises, can find the competitiveness of enterprises is to enhance the overall competitiveness, there are some aspects of the advantages, while the other side is slightly less, compared with the top foreign contractors there is still a gap. Next, the article finds out the reasons of enterprise competitive disadvantage problem through literature study and experts interview. The way, combined with the experience of top international contractors, from the increase of organizational support, strengthen the construction of enterprise management system, pay attention to put forward to enhance the competitiveness of international project contracting enterprises proposed four aspects of talents training and strengthening the cooperation of enterprise informatization and means of application.
