【摘要】：從經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)視角研究軍民融合區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、演化動(dòng)因以及演化路徑,認(rèn)為軍民融合區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化動(dòng)力主要來(lái)自技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、市場(chǎng)需求和交易成本,并根據(jù)創(chuàng)新初始條件和演化動(dòng)力類(lèi)型提出三類(lèi)軍民融合區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化路徑:路徑依賴型、需求衍化型和區(qū)域孵化型,最后為推動(dòng)軍民融合區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化從知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度、差異化區(qū)域創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略和提高區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)開(kāi)放程度等三個(gè)方面提出相應(yīng)政策建議。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of economic geography, this paper studies the connotation, structural characteristics, evolution motivation and evolution path of regional innovation network of military and civil fusion. It is considered that the evolution power of regional innovation network of military and civil fusion mainly comes from technological innovation, market demand and transaction cost. According to the initial conditions of innovation and the dynamic types of evolution, three kinds of evolution paths of military and civil fusion regional innovation network are proposed: path dependence, demand evolution and regional incubation. Finally, in order to promote the evolution of military-civilian integration regional innovation network, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from three aspects: intellectual property system, differentiated regional innovation strategy and improving the opening degree of regional innovation network.
