EPR視角下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生影響因素研究

【摘要】:在產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化帶來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇和顧客需求多樣化的環(huán)境下,制造企業(yè)需要新的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造方式以獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化是目前走出這種困境的一種戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向,即企業(yè)由賣產(chǎn)品向提供“產(chǎn)品服務(wù)包”轉(zhuǎn)變。制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生以實(shí)物產(chǎn)品為載體,利用企業(yè)的資源和能力在產(chǎn)前、產(chǎn)中、產(chǎn)后階段賦予服務(wù),通過(guò)服務(wù)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值并滿足顧客需求。同時(shí),由于資源短缺和環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題給企業(yè)帶來(lái)約束,生產(chǎn)者責(zé)任延伸(EPR)這一環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略要求企業(yè)延伸自身的產(chǎn)品責(zé)任,在產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)提高環(huán)境績(jī)效。而服務(wù)因其無(wú)形的特性,在能滿足顧客所需功能的同時(shí)達(dá)到節(jié)約資源的功效。由此,生產(chǎn)者責(zé)任延伸成為制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生的一種激勵(lì),在此情景下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生受到何種影響的問(wèn)題需要得到解決。因此,本文將以現(xiàn)有研究為基礎(chǔ),綜合運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)證方法,探討EPR視角下制造企業(yè)衍生的影響因素,達(dá)到為制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生提供指導(dǎo)和建議的目的。本文從生產(chǎn)者責(zé)任延伸的視角提出制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生相關(guān)理論,首先界定EPR視角下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生的概念,并將其劃分為基礎(chǔ)性服務(wù)衍生、提升性服務(wù)衍生兩個(gè)維度。其次基于EPR和制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生的關(guān)系分析,深入探討EPR下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生的過(guò)程并進(jìn)行影響因素分析提出,包括外部因素和內(nèi)在因素兩方面,并與元分析統(tǒng)計(jì)的結(jié)果相互佐證,提取得到EPR下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生的7個(gè)關(guān)鍵影響因素,外部因素有客戶需求、供應(yīng)商合作、政策導(dǎo)向,內(nèi)在因素有經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效預(yù)期、社會(huì)績(jī)效預(yù)期、服務(wù)化戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、高層支持,由此構(gòu)建EPR下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生影響因素的概念并提出相應(yīng)研究假設(shè)。最后以長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)制造企業(yè)為調(diào)研對(duì)象,利用數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件對(duì)獲得的188份有效樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)方程實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得到以下主要研究結(jié)論:(1)客戶需求、供應(yīng)商合作、經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效預(yù)期、服務(wù)化戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、高層支持對(duì)基礎(chǔ)性及提升性服務(wù)衍生均有顯著的正向作用;(2)政策導(dǎo)向、社會(huì)績(jī)效預(yù)期對(duì)基礎(chǔ)性及提升性服務(wù)衍生的影響并不顯著。結(jié)果可為制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化理論提供補(bǔ)充,同時(shí)為制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生和政府制定政策提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstances of intensified competition and diversified customer demand brought by the homogenization of products, manufacturing enterprises need a new way of creating value in order to gain competitive advantage. That is, the enterprise changes from selling products to providing "product service packages". The service of manufacturing enterprises is derived from physical products, using the resources and capabilities of enterprises to provide services in the prenatal, production and postnatal stages. At the same time, due to the shortage of resources and environmental pollution to bring constraints to the enterprise, the EPRs (extended producer responsibility) environment strategy requires the enterprise to extend its product responsibility. Improving environmental performance in the product life cycle. Because of its intangible characteristics, services can meet the needs of customers and achieve the function of saving resources. Therefore, producer responsibility extends to become a kind of incentive derived from the services of manufacturing enterprises. In this situation, the problem of how the manufacturing enterprise service derivative is affected needs to be solved. Therefore, based on the existing research, this paper will discuss the influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise derivative from the perspective of EPR by using the theory and empirical method. To provide guidance and advice for manufacturing enterprise service derivation, this paper puts forward the related theory of manufacturing enterprise service derivative from the perspective of producer responsibility extension. Firstly, it defines the concept of manufacturing enterprise service derivative from the perspective of EPR. It is divided into two dimensions: basic service derivative and promotion service derivative. Secondly, based on the analysis of the relationship between EPR and manufacturing enterprise service derivation, the process of manufacturing enterprise service derivation under EPR is discussed and the influencing factors are analyzed and put forward. Including external factors and internal factors, and supporting the results of meta-analysis statistics, seven key influencing factors derived from manufacturing enterprise services under EPR are extracted. External factors include customer demand, supplier cooperation, policy orientation, etc. Internal factors include economic performance expectation, social performance expectation, service-oriented strategy orientation, high-level support, Based on this, the concept of service derivative factors of manufacturing enterprises under EPR is constructed and the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward. Finally, the manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region are taken as the research objects. Using the data analysis software to carry on the structural equation demonstration test to 188 valid sample data obtained, obtains the following main research conclusion: the customer demand, the supplier cooperation, the economic performance expectation, the service strategy orientation, the following main research conclusion: the customer demand, the supplier cooperation, the economic performance expectation, the service strategy orientation, High level support has a significant positive effect on both basic and enhanced service derivatives. (2) Policy orientation, and social performance expectations have no significant impact on basic and promotion service derivatives. The results can be used to supplement the theory of service development in manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, it provides reference for manufacturing enterprise service derivation and government policy making.
