【摘要】：福建建工集團基于實際和公司戰(zhàn)略需要,從工程項目管理的關(guān)鍵指標入手,通過調(diào)查分析確定關(guān)鍵指標,采取定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,從戰(zhàn)略管理、項目管理、運作模式、責(zé)任成本等方面設(shè)置工程項目考核體系,實現(xiàn)了戰(zhàn)略落地和轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:Fujian Construction Engineering Group and company strategy based on the actual need, starting from the key indicators of project management, through the investigation and analysis to determine the key indicators, adopt the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, from the strategic management, project management, mode of operation, setting the project responsibility cost assessment system, realize the strategic landing and upgrade.
