基于關(guān)系契約的供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任協(xié)調(diào)及成本分擔(dān)策略

【摘要】:在制造商為核心企業(yè)、供應(yīng)商為跟隨者的二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈中,可借助關(guān)系契約在供應(yīng)鏈成員間構(gòu)建長(zhǎng)期的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任合作關(guān)系,制定相應(yīng)的成本分擔(dān)策略。在單期博弈中,無(wú)論供應(yīng)商還是制造商,都有可能違反簽訂的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任契約,但在重復(fù)博弈的情況下,關(guān)系契約卻可以在不完全契約的條件下幫助供應(yīng)鏈成員形成長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系。在合作過(guò)程中,制造商應(yīng)允許先天不足但有合作誠(chéng)意的供應(yīng)商在履行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任時(shí)努力水平暫時(shí)低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并采取提高采購(gòu)價(jià)格、幫助供應(yīng)商降低企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任履行成本等方法提升其努力水平。
[Abstract]:In the secondary supply chain where the manufacturer is the core enterprise and the supplier is the follower, the long-term cooperative relationship of corporate social responsibility can be established among the members of the supply chain by means of the relational contract, and the corresponding cost sharing strategy can be formulated. Both suppliers and manufacturers may violate corporate social responsibility contracts, but in the case of repeated games, However, the relationship contract can help the supply chain members to form a long-term and stable cooperative relationship under the condition of incomplete contract. Manufacturers should allow gifted but cooperative suppliers to temporarily substandard their efforts in fulfilling their corporate social responsibilities and take steps to raise procurement prices, Help suppliers reduce CSR performance costs and improve their efforts.
