煤礦4G基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的可行性研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)迅猛發(fā)展,移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)也在飛速革新,移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和人們對(duì)多媒體通信以及數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)的需求相互促進(jìn),直至今時(shí),4G技術(shù)已得到普遍推廣。煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)作為國(guó)家能源的主要來(lái)源之一,也是國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱之一,將成熟的通信技術(shù)應(yīng)用在煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)有利于其健康、全面發(fā)展。采用正確的決策方法和科學(xué)的投資方案,對(duì)將要實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性研究,同時(shí)有效控制其環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)等相關(guān)指標(biāo),能夠有效的保證成功地實(shí)施項(xiàng)目和項(xiàng)目帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,提高項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展的成功率。對(duì)項(xiàng)目可行性研究做了相關(guān)綜述和基本內(nèi)容梳理后,在結(jié)合煤礦4G基站項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)煤炭4G基站項(xiàng)目的可行性進(jìn)行了較深入的研究。重點(diǎn)從項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用需求及技術(shù)可行性、項(xiàng)目操作可行性、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論證。研究指出項(xiàng)目在技術(shù)上具有可行性,成熟的4G通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、通信功能、網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能能夠滿足煤礦通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)的需求,為煤礦4G基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目提供了基礎(chǔ);項(xiàng)目在操作上具有可行性,在對(duì)煤礦礦井水文地質(zhì)的分析基礎(chǔ)上,合理的規(guī)劃4G基站的部署,設(shè)計(jì)符合煤礦通信業(yè)務(wù)需求的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),科學(xué)合理的利用各類(lèi)項(xiàng)目資源,使煤礦4G基站建設(shè)具備可行性;項(xiàng)目在經(jīng)濟(jì)上具有可行性,項(xiàng)目能夠帶來(lái)可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,提升煤礦的生產(chǎn)效率,帶來(lái)良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響。綜合全文分析,認(rèn)為該項(xiàng)目具有可行性,可以為煤礦4G基站投資者提供決策支持。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of economic construction, the rapid innovation of mobile communication technology, the progress of mobile communication technology and people's demand for multimedia communications and data industry promote each other. Up to now, 4G technology has been widely popularized. As one of the main sources of national energy, coal industry is also one of the important pillars of the national economy. It is beneficial to its health to apply mature communication technology to the coal industry. Comprehensive development. Adopt the correct decision-making method and scientific investment plan, carry on the feasibility study to the project to be implemented, at the same time effectively control its environment, economy and other related indexes, Can effectively ensure the successful implementation of the project and the economic benefits brought by the project, improve the success rate of the project. Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the 4G base station project in coal mine, the feasibility of the 4G base station project is studied in depth. The study points out that the project is technically feasible, the technical characteristics of the mature 4G communication network, communication function and network performance can meet the needs of coal mine communication network construction. It provides the foundation for the construction project of 4G base station in coal mine, and the project is feasible in operation. Based on the analysis of mine hydrogeology, the deployment of 4G base station is reasonably planned, and the network structure that meets the needs of communication business in coal mine is designed. Scientific and reasonable use of all kinds of project resources to make the construction of 4G base station in coal mine is feasible, the project is economically feasible, the project can bring considerable economic benefits, and improve the production efficiency of coal mine. Comprehensive analysis shows that the project is feasible and can provide decision support for 4G base station investors in coal mines.
