基于加工產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的泛長三角紡織業(yè)空間格局演化

【摘要】:利用1999—2010年縣域尺度的工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),采用標準差橢圓和動態(tài)偏離份額分析法,基于加工產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈視角,研究泛長三角紡織業(yè)的空間格局演化特征及模式。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)泛長三角紡織業(yè)呈現(xiàn)"西北—東南"的空間格局,集聚分布在長江下游沿岸、環(huán)太湖和環(huán)杭州灣等地區(qū);(2)紡織業(yè)空間格局演化以2005年為節(jié)點,分為"東南方向集聚、西北方向擴散"兩階段,長江沿岸和環(huán)湖環(huán)灣地區(qū)的紡織業(yè)多轉移至蘇北、皖江城市帶、浙西南等欠發(fā)達地區(qū);(3)七大加工環(huán)節(jié)的空間格局演化特征及模式各異,上游加工環(huán)節(jié)受石油價格和市場等國際因素制約,空間格局相對穩(wěn)定,而中下游的加工企業(yè)追逐低成本及面向消費市場,空間格局較顯著,紡織業(yè)的空間格局演化模式主要以擴散式轉移為主,除服裝環(huán)節(jié)外均有發(fā)生,而集聚式轉入僅包括化學纖維、成品制造、服裝等加工環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Using the industrial enterprise data of county scale from 1999 to 2010, using standard deviation ellipse and dynamic deviation share analysis method, based on the perspective of processing industry chain, This paper studies the evolution characteristics and patterns of the spatial pattern of the textile industry in the pan Yangtze River Delta. The results show that the textile industry in the pan Yangtze River Delta presents a spatial pattern of "northwest to southeast", which is concentrated along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The spatial pattern evolution of textile industry around Taihu Lake and around Hangzhou Bay is divided into two stages: southeast agglomeration and northwest diffusion. The textile industry along the Yangtze River and around the lake around the bay is mostly transferred to northern Jiangsu and the urban belt of Wanjiang River. The spatial pattern evolution characteristics and models of the seven major processing links are different. The upstream processing links are restricted by international factors such as oil prices and markets, and the spatial pattern is relatively stable. The processing enterprises in the middle and lower reaches chase the low cost and face the consumer market, and the spatial pattern is obvious. The evolution pattern of the textile industry is mainly diffusive transfer, except for the clothing link. And agglomeration only includes chemical fiber, finished product manufacturing, clothing and other processing links.
