【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的不斷變化、全球經(jīng)濟體制的不斷變化,即便再強大的企業(yè)也對如何降低企業(yè)的成本控制十分關(guān)注。我國是一個以中小企業(yè)居多的國家,中企業(yè)在我國有著不可小視的意義,中小企業(yè)在市場競爭中各方都比較薄弱,所以我們應(yīng)該更多地關(guān)注中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。中小企業(yè)在我國吸收了百分之八十的城鎮(zhèn)人口的就業(yè)。很好的對中小企業(yè)成本進(jìn)行管理有利于企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展,還有助于我國整個國民經(jīng)濟的提升,職工的待遇也會得到應(yīng)有的提升。在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的今天,我國中小企業(yè)如何有效的對發(fā)生成本進(jìn)行控制,如何降低成本的問題得到了廣大的關(guān)注。中小企業(yè)為了能夠在競爭力如此強烈的市場中站穩(wěn)腳步,成本控制問題就成了有待解決的核心問題了。本文以制造企業(yè)鹽城市EZ機麻有限公司的成本控制為例,采用了規(guī)范的理論研究與實例研究相結(jié)合的研究方法。鹽城市EZ機麻有限公司是一家制造型企業(yè),也是一家中小型企業(yè),本文主要對EZ公司近幾年財務(wù)報表進(jìn)行了分析,找出EZ公司成本控制的重點。再對該企業(yè)進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研,并詢問企業(yè)相關(guān)人員一些企業(yè)實際流程控制的情況。發(fā)現(xiàn)EZ公司現(xiàn)在成本控制出現(xiàn)的問題,并給該公司建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的成本控制體系。本文旨在幫助EZ公司如何能更好的對企業(yè)的成本實行控制,降低產(chǎn)品的成本,從而在市場競爭中獲勝,使企業(yè)在未來的市場競爭中位于不敗之地。還有就是希望通過對EZ公司成本控制研究能夠?qū)ζ渌行≈圃鞓I(yè)企業(yè)有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the constant change of the global economic environment and the constant change of the global economic system, even powerful enterprises pay great attention to how to reduce the cost control of enterprises. China is a country dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises. Chinese enterprises have an important significance in our country. Small and medium-sized enterprises are relatively weak in the market competition. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises have absorbed 80% of the urban population's employment in China. Good cost management of small and medium-sized enterprises is conducive to the development of enterprises themselves. It is also conducive to the upgrading of the national economy as a whole, and the treatment of workers and staff will also be given due promotion. In today's economic development, how can small and medium-sized enterprises in our country effectively control the costs that occur? The problem of how to reduce the cost has received a lot of attention. In order to be able to stand firm in such a competitive market, Cost control has become the core problem to be solved. This paper takes the cost control of Yancheng EZ Machine & hemp Co., Ltd as an example. Yancheng EZ Machine & hemp Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper mainly analyzes the financial statements of EZ Company in recent years. Find out the key points of cost control in EZ Company. Then carry out field investigation on the enterprise, and ask some related personnel of the enterprise about the actual process control of the enterprise. Find out the problems existing in the cost control of EZ Company. The purpose of this paper is to help EZ Company to better control the cost of enterprises, reduce the cost of products, and thus win in the market competition. It is also hoped that the research on cost control of EZ company can be used as a reference for other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
