【摘要】：產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作是企業(yè)獲取競爭力的主要途徑之一,企業(yè)、大學(xué)、研究所嵌入網(wǎng)絡(luò)并會(huì)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的建立以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新績效的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響。本研究通過社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析,運(yùn)用上海市醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),依托QAP(Quadratic Assignment Procedure二次指派程序)方法,結(jié)合Ucinet軟件進(jìn)行研究得到如下結(jié)論:產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的行動(dòng)者屬性與產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新關(guān)系、集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效正相關(guān),網(wǎng)絡(luò)的小世界特性與產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新關(guān)系、集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效負(fù)相關(guān)。其中產(chǎn)學(xué)研中大學(xué)所起的作用和所處的位置最重要,企業(yè)要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和大學(xué)的合作并注重研究機(jī)構(gòu)的建立和發(fā)展。集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的發(fā)展得益于產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),但是也需要規(guī)避小世界特性的消極影響,加強(qiáng)跨區(qū)域和國際交流。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of industry, university and research is one of the main ways for enterprises to gain competitiveness. The embedded network of enterprises, universities and research institutes will have an impact on the establishment of network relationships and the development of network innovation performance. Based on the data of Shanghai pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and the secondary assignment procedure of QAP(Quadratic Assignment Procedure), the following conclusions are obtained by combining with Ucinet software: the relationship between the actor attribute of industry-university-research cooperative innovation network and the relationship between industry-university-research cooperation and innovation, There is a positive correlation between the innovation performance of cluster enterprises, the small world characteristic of network and the cooperative innovation of industry, college and research, and the negative correlation between innovation performance of cluster enterprises and the innovation performance of cluster enterprises, among which the role and position of universities in industry, education and research are the most important. Enterprises should further strengthen cooperation with universities and focus on the establishment and development of research institutions. The development of innovation performance of cluster enterprises benefits from industry-university-research cooperative innovation networks, but it also needs to avoid the negative effects of small-world characteristics. Strengthening cross-regional and international exchanges.
