電力市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下跨省區(qū)交易成本及交易模型分析研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)電力需求與能源資源在地區(qū)間分布不均衡的矛盾突出。大容量、遠(yuǎn)距離的電能輸送工程為我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)更大范圍的能源資源優(yōu)化配置提供了物理支撐,同時(shí)也為跨省區(qū)的電力交易提供了更廣闊的交易平臺(tái)。本文在立足當(dāng)下我國(guó)電力行業(yè)改革之現(xiàn)狀,考慮電網(wǎng)企業(yè)開展跨省區(qū)交易的實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)由省級(jí)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與的跨省區(qū)電力交易,進(jìn)一步研究跨省、跨區(qū)交易相關(guān)問題。首先,論文針對(duì)參與跨省區(qū)交易的省級(jí)電網(wǎng)企業(yè),分別從電力交易的成本構(gòu)成,按照變動(dòng)成本和固定成本進(jìn)行細(xì)化的成本項(xiàng)的分析和建模,并計(jì)及環(huán)境成本的影響,建立了跨省區(qū)電力交易的綜合成本模型。同時(shí),建立了跨省區(qū)交易模型,模型以交易的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化、最大滿足需求等為目標(biāo)函數(shù),并綜合考慮安全、環(huán)保等多種約束條件。最后,結(jié)合華中和西北區(qū)域內(nèi)的跨省區(qū)交易仿真算例,采用粒子群算法求解多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化交易模型,驗(yàn)證了模型及其求解方法的可行性和有效性,并對(duì)影響跨省區(qū)交易結(jié)果關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行了定量分析,包括購(gòu)售電側(cè)的電價(jià)、供需水平以及電網(wǎng)傳輸能力等。
[Abstract]:The contradiction between the unbalanced distribution of power demand and energy resources in China is prominent. The large capacity and long distance power transmission project provides the physical support for the realization of the energy resources optimization in a larger range in our country. At the same time, it also provides a broader trading platform for cross-provincial electric power transactions. This paper is based on the current situation of power industry reform in China, considering the actual situation of power grid enterprises carrying out inter-provincial transactions. In view of the inter-provincial power transaction involving provincial power grid enterprises, the paper further studies the inter-provincial and inter-regional transaction related problems. Firstly, the paper aims at the provincial power grid enterprises involved in inter-provincial trade, respectively, from the cost of electricity transaction. According to the analysis and modeling of the detailed cost terms of variable cost and fixed cost, and considering the influence of environmental cost, the comprehensive cost model of power transaction across provinces and regions is established, and the transprovincial transaction model is established. The model takes the maximization of economic benefit and the maximum satisfaction of demand as the objective function, and considers various constraints such as safety and environmental protection. Finally, combining with the simulation example of transprovincial trade in central China and northwest region, Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimal transaction model, which verifies the feasibility and validity of the model and its solution method. The key factors affecting the results of cross-provincial trading are analyzed quantitatively, including the electricity price of the purchase and sale side. Supply and demand level and transmission capacity of power grid, etc.
