【摘要】：相較于公司內部治理機制而言,公司外部產品市場競爭治理機制具有更好的信息傳遞作用和激勵約束作用。運用2005-2013年中國企業(yè)微觀數(shù)據(jù),分別構建靜態(tài)的連續(xù)型交互項計量模型與動態(tài)的PVAR模型實證檢驗了我國企業(yè)產品市場競爭機制的有效性。研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn),人民幣匯率變動會對企業(yè)盈利能力,尤其是民營企業(yè),造成顯著沖擊,而產品市場競爭則正向提升企業(yè)的盈利能力;產品市場競爭機制可以有效削弱人民幣匯率對企業(yè)盈利能力的沖擊,并且對于民營企業(yè)的削弱作用更強。
[Abstract]:Compared with the internal corporate governance mechanism, the corporate external product market competition governance mechanism has a better role of information transmission and incentive and restraint. The static continuous interactive item measurement model and the dynamic PVAR model are constructed respectively to test the effectiveness of the competitive mechanism of Chinese enterprises' product market. The results show that the RMB exchange rate change will affect the profitability of enterprises, especially private enterprises. The competition mechanism of the product market can effectively weaken the impact of RMB exchange rate on the profitability of enterprises, and it is more effective for private enterprises to weaken the impact of RMB exchange rate on the profitability of enterprises.
