【摘要】：自新西蘭與中國(guó)的自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定生效實(shí)施以來(lái),兩國(guó)的乳品貿(mào)易呈現(xiàn)出可觀的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。受中國(guó)市場(chǎng)需求的巨大拉動(dòng),乳業(yè)已成長(zhǎng)為新西蘭重要出口支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。新中兩國(guó)的乳業(yè)貿(mào)易伙伴關(guān)系是建立在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)對(duì)新西蘭加工奶粉的巨大需求上的,然而,近幾年來(lái),隨著世界乳業(yè)市場(chǎng)陷入困境,引發(fā)人們對(duì)新西蘭乳業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)比較優(yōu)勢(shì),以及新西蘭與中國(guó)的乳業(yè)合作模式產(chǎn)生了置疑。本研究首先從乳業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈層面,對(duì)新西蘭與中國(guó)的乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的上、中、下游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。為了衡量新西蘭與中國(guó)乳業(yè)的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)現(xiàn)狀及地位,本研究對(duì)巴拉薩(Balassa)的顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),據(jù)此,分析了兩國(guó)乳業(yè)整體的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并將該指數(shù)適用到行業(yè)內(nèi)部的細(xì)分品種層面,分析了兩國(guó)乳業(yè)不同乳品品種的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì);在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)新中兩國(guó)的乳業(yè)合作模式現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,最后,從兩國(guó)各自的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)層面出發(fā),對(duì)乳業(yè)的合作模式提出了相關(guān)建議。分析結(jié)果顯示,新西蘭的乳業(yè)發(fā)展以及與中國(guó)的合作模式,對(duì)于新西蘭的奶粉需求過(guò)度依賴,致使新西蘭在乳業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)生較大變化時(shí),使用性不夠靈活,容易受到市場(chǎng)波動(dòng)的沖擊。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between New Zealand and China, the dairy trade between New Zealand and China has shown a considerable trend of development. The dairy industry has grown into a major export pillar of New Zealand. The trade partnership between the two countries is based on the huge demand for processed New Zealand milk powder in the Chinese market. However, in recent years, with the world dairy market in trouble, The traditional comparative advantage of New Zealand dairy industry and the mode of dairy industry cooperation between New Zealand and China have been questioned. In order to measure the present situation and status of comparative advantage of dairy industry in New Zealand and China, this study improved the indicator of comparative advantage of Barraza Balassault. This paper analyzes the comparative advantage and development trend of dairy industry in the two countries, and applies the index to the subdivision variety level within the industry, and analyzes the comparative advantage and development trend of different dairy varieties in the dairy industry of the two countries. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of dairy industry cooperation between Singapore and China. Finally, from the perspective of comparative advantage of the two countries, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the cooperation mode of dairy industry. The development of dairy industry in New Zealand and the mode of cooperation with China are too dependent on the demand for milk powder in New Zealand, which makes New Zealand not flexible enough in use when the dairy industry market changes greatly, and is vulnerable to the impact of market fluctuations.
