基于WSR的制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案空間狀態(tài)生成及判定研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,制造產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)趨向成熟加劇了產(chǎn)品的同質(zhì)化,出現(xiàn)了與客戶日益追求的個(gè)性化需求之間的矛盾,致使制造企業(yè)陷入了產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩與利潤(rùn)下滑的困境,依托實(shí)物產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)衍生成為制造企業(yè)擺脫產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的有效手段。為能實(shí)現(xiàn)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案的有效提供,本研究借助契合中國(guó)制造業(yè)情境的物理-事理-人理(WSR)系統(tǒng)方法論,聚焦于制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案的空間狀態(tài)生成及判定過(guò)程。本研究首先在梳理與服務(wù)衍生相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示了服務(wù)衍生方案的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)理及相關(guān)影響因素;其次,借助穩(wěn)定匹配理論,描述了制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案的生成過(guò)程;為了能夠準(zhǔn)確定位與評(píng)價(jià)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案在整個(gè)行業(yè)內(nèi)所處的水平,構(gòu)筑了基于WSR的制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案的空間狀態(tài);然后,給出了基于WSR的制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案狀態(tài)判定與評(píng)價(jià)方法;最后,分析了中國(guó)風(fēng)機(jī)行業(yè)整體服務(wù)衍生方案空間狀態(tài)及特定企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案的狀態(tài)定位,并為其服務(wù)衍生的進(jìn)階發(fā)展指明了方向。根據(jù)所提研究問(wèn)題,經(jīng)過(guò)相關(guān)理論分析與研究,得出如下結(jié)論:(1)服務(wù)衍生方案生成的關(guān)鍵是實(shí)物產(chǎn)品與衍生服務(wù)的有效匹配。匹配過(guò)程是以客戶問(wèn)題解決為前提,產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)屬性及匹配規(guī)則為基礎(chǔ),產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的有序組合為結(jié)果。方案生成的復(fù)雜性為WSR方法論下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案分析框架的提出奠定了基礎(chǔ)。(2)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)衍生方案的生成是物理、事理與人理共同作用的結(jié)果。技術(shù)支持的物理,經(jīng)濟(jì)保證的事理和客戶價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的人理,相互影響與制約的三者共同決定了服務(wù)衍生方案的空間狀態(tài),且隨著制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的推進(jìn),服務(wù)衍生方案在物理、事理和人理三個(gè)層面呈現(xiàn)不斷演化的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。(3)不同制造行業(yè)具有不同的服務(wù)衍生方案空間狀態(tài),制造企業(yè)也因制造與服務(wù)能力上的差異性具有不同的狀態(tài)定位,而對(duì)服務(wù)衍生方案空間狀態(tài)的研究能夠明晰行業(yè)及特定制造企業(yè)的服務(wù)化水平,并為其進(jìn)階的方案提供指明方向。本研究工作將有助于制造企業(yè)明晰自身所提供服務(wù)衍生方案的狀態(tài)水平,并為其進(jìn)一步面向服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型攀升價(jià)值鏈高端提供理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the maturity of technology in manufacturing industry intensifies the homogenization of products, and the contradiction between them and the individualized demand increasingly pursued by customers, which leads manufacturing enterprises to fall into the dilemma of overcapacity and declining profits. Relying on the service derivation of physical products, it has become an effective means for manufacturing enterprises to get rid of the homogeneous competition of products and obtain competitive advantages. This study is based on the system methodology of Physico-Physical-Human-Science (WSRs), which fits the Chinese manufacturing situation. Focusing on the spatial state generation and decision process of service derivative schemes in manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, this study reveals the realization mechanism and related influencing factors of service derivative schemes on the basis of combing the research literature related to service derivatives. With the aid of the stable matching theory, this paper describes the generation process of service derivative schemes in manufacturing enterprises, and in order to accurately locate and evaluate the level of service derivative schemes of manufacturing enterprises in the whole industry, The spatial state of manufacturing enterprise service derivative scheme based on WSR is constructed. Then, the method of judging and evaluating the status of manufacturing enterprise service derivative scheme based on WSR is given. This paper analyzes the spatial status of the whole service derivative scheme in Chinese fan industry and the status orientation of the specific enterprise service derivative scheme, and points out the direction for the advanced development of the service derivative scheme. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) the key to the generation of the service derivative scheme is the effective matching between the physical product and the derivative service. The matching process is based on customer problem solving, product / service attributes and matching rules. The complexity of solution generation lays the foundation for the analysis framework of manufacturing enterprise service derivation scheme under WSR methodology) the generation of manufacturing enterprise service derivative scheme is physical. The physics of technical support, the principle of economic guarantee and the human theory of creating customer value together determine the spatial state of the service derivative scheme. And with the development of manufacturing service, the service derivative scheme presents an evolving trend of development at the three levels of physics, principle and human theory. (3) different manufacturing industries have different spatial states of service derivative schemes. Because of the difference between manufacturing and service capability, manufacturing enterprises have different status orientation, and the research on the spatial state of service derivative schemes can clarify the service level of industry and specific manufacturing enterprises. This work will help manufacturing enterprises to understand the status level of the service derivative schemes provided by themselves. It also provides theoretical and practical basis for its further transformation of service-oriented manufacturing to rise to the high end of the value chain.
