格林美股份有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀,隨著我國國力的不斷增強以及國民消費水平的不斷提高,過度消耗的能源以及由此而產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境問題愈發(fā)引起人們的重視,發(fā)展新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)、推廣節(jié)能環(huán)保理念已經(jīng)成為節(jié)能減排的有效舉措。在國家積極推進產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的背景下,新能源汽車作為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,越來越受到國家的高度重視和扶持,大力發(fā)展新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為國家的戰(zhàn)略選擇。作為新能源汽車價值鏈的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)和核心部件,動力鋰電池具有能量密度高、循環(huán)壽命長、環(huán)境友好等特點,目前已成為絕大部分新能源汽車采用的動力來源。隨著新能源汽車技術日益成熟、充電基礎設施逐漸完善及多年示范推廣,新能源汽車的快速發(fā)展以及對續(xù)航里程的提升將為三元動力鋰離子電池帶來廣闊的市場空間。格林美股份有限公司于2001年12月28日在深圳注冊成立是中國開采"城市礦山"資源第一支股票、再生資源行業(yè)和電子廢棄物回收利用行業(yè)的第一支股票。公司經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展,已形成廢舊電池、材料再造與報廢汽車回收業(yè)務領域的回收優(yōu)勢與核心技術優(yōu)勢。本文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為指導,選取資源回收領域中的優(yōu)秀企業(yè)格林美股份有限公司(以下簡稱"格林美")作為研究對象,運用PEST以及波特五力模型對格林美的歷史發(fā)展過程、行業(yè)未來發(fā)展格局以及目前在行業(yè)中所處的優(yōu)勢、劣勢進行全面的分析,在基本面分析基礎上運用戰(zhàn)略管理模型分析探討格林美未來的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過大矩陣戰(zhàn)略工具對公司的未來發(fā)展提出戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,得出的結(jié)論是:格林美依靠較強的技術實力已經(jīng)在廢舊資源回收領域初步建立了領先優(yōu)勢,公司抓住新能源汽車高速發(fā)展的時代機遇,迅速布局動力電池材料領域,公司循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展空間得到了進一步的拓展,公司的核心競爭力也得到了加強。但是,受制于廢棄資源回收半徑限制以及目前僅依靠廢棄資源回收提煉的三元電池材料僅能滿足公司30%的原材料需求。面對廢棄資源回收以及新能源汽車廣闊的發(fā)展空間,公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應集中于加強渠道建設以及進一步發(fā)展深加工和收購上游礦產(chǎn)資源。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the continuous increase of national strength and the level of national consumption, the excessive consumption of energy and the resulting environmental problems have attracted more and more attention, and new energy industry has been developed. Promoting the concept of energy saving and environmental protection has become an effective measure of energy saving and emission reduction. Under the background of the country actively promoting the industrial transformation, new energy vehicles as the development direction of the automobile industry have been paid more and more attention and support by the country. The development of new energy automobile industry has become a strategic choice for the country. As a key link and core component of the new energy vehicle value chain, the power lithium battery has the characteristics of high energy density, long cycle life, and environmental friendliness. At present, it has become the power source for most new energy vehicles. As the technology of new energy vehicles becomes more and more mature, the charging infrastructure is gradually improved and many years of demonstration promotion. The rapid development of new energy vehicles and the improvement of their mileage will open up a vast market for ternary power lithium-ion batteries. Green America Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Shenzhen in December 28th 2001 and is a Chinese mining company. " "the first stock of resources in urban mines," The first stock in renewable resources industry and electronic waste recycling industry. After years of development, the company has formed waste batteries, The advantage and the core technology advantage in the field of material recycling and scrap recovery. This paper is guided by the theory of strategic management. In this paper, Green Mei Co., Ltd., an excellent enterprise in the field of resource recovery, is selected as the research object, and the historical development process of Green Mei is analyzed by using PEST and Porter's five Force Model. The future development pattern of the industry and the advantages and disadvantages in the industry are comprehensively analyzed. On the basis of the fundamental analysis, the strategic management model is used to analyze the future enterprise development strategy of Greene America. The strategic planning for the future development of the company is put forward through the large matrix strategic tools. The conclusion is that Green Mei has initially established a leading advantage in the field of recycling waste and used resources by relying on its strong technical strength. The company seize the opportunity of the rapid development of new energy vehicles, rapidly layout the field of power battery materials, the company's recycling industry development space has been further expanded, the company's core competitiveness has also been strengthened. Limited by the radius of recycling of waste resources, and the ternary battery materials that only depend on recycling and refining of waste resources, the ternary battery materials can only meet the needs of 30% of the raw materials of the company. Faced with the vast development space of waste resources recovery and new energy vehicles, The company's future development strategy should focus on strengthening channel construction and further development of further processing and acquisition of upstream mineral resources.
