基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效提升研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),國(guó)家和建設(shè)行政主管部門對(duì)建筑安全生產(chǎn)高度重視,相應(yīng)的安全管理體系也日趨完善,建筑施工業(yè)安全事故發(fā)生的概率也逐漸降低,但是建筑施工事故的嚴(yán)重性依然是相當(dāng)嚴(yán)峻,而建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效一直是衡量施工企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)水平的重要指標(biāo),所以如果能夠找到建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的影響因素,明確各個(gè)因素之間的影響作用,對(duì)其之間相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理分析,那么這將會(huì)對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)事故的預(yù)防及績(jī)效的提升有著現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。但是在現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于安全績(jī)效的研究中,有關(guān)安全績(jī)效的定性結(jié)論有很多,而定量的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)論相對(duì)甚少,而且所選取的量化指標(biāo)也不夠合理,主要的問(wèn)題是受到人為的影響比較大,系統(tǒng)性和科學(xué)性不夠。因此,在實(shí)際的應(yīng)用過(guò)程中存在一定的局限性。本論文首先通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)安全績(jī)效影響因素的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了研究分析,然后對(duì)這些安全績(jī)效影響因素進(jìn)行了梳理統(tǒng)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)當(dāng)前建筑施工企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法分析得出影響建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的28個(gè)因素,針對(duì)于這些因素,從內(nèi)部因素(人的安全素質(zhì)、物的安全狀態(tài)、工藝技術(shù)、環(huán)境安全狀態(tài)、管理水平)和外部因素(社會(huì)安全價(jià)值觀、其他主體、安全法律法規(guī))兩個(gè)視角對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效影響因素進(jìn)行分析,最后運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)建模軟件構(gòu)建了建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效模型,為模型的仿真模擬做出鋪墊。論文運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的多元分析方法,通過(guò)對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效模型進(jìn)行仿真模擬分析,從而找到影響建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的五個(gè)關(guān)鍵性因素是:決策者行為合理度、安全文化、安全法律法規(guī)、工程技術(shù)科技含量水平、應(yīng)急及事故處理水平,并且分別從這五個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的措施建議,便于相關(guān)政府單位和施工企業(yè)制定合理的干預(yù)政策,為建筑施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的提升指明了方向并提供了理論依據(jù),對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)安全發(fā)展有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state and construction administrative departments attach great importance to construction safety production, the corresponding safety management system is becoming more and more perfect, and the probability of safety accidents in construction industry is gradually reduced. However, the severity of construction accidents is still quite severe, and the safety performance of construction enterprises is always an important index to measure the safety production level of construction enterprises, so if we can find the factors that affect the safety performance of construction enterprises, It is of practical significance to clarify the influence of various factors and analyze the relationship between them, which will be of practical significance to the prevention of accidents and the improvement of performance of construction enterprises. However, in the existing research on safety performance, There are a lot of qualitative conclusions about safety performance, but quantitative data conclusions are relatively few, and the quantitative indicators selected are not reasonable. The main problem is that they are influenced by human beings and are not systematic and scientific enough. In the process of practical application, there are some limitations. Firstly, through the research and analysis of the domestic and foreign literature on the factors affecting safety performance, and then the statistical analysis of these factors, on the basis of this, According to the actual situation of the construction enterprises in our country, the 28 factors influencing the safety performance of the construction enterprises are analyzed by the method of questionnaire survey. In view of these factors, the internal factors (safety quality of human beings, safety state of objects) are analyzed. Process technology, environmental safety status, management level) and external factors (social security values, other subjects, safety laws and regulations) are two perspectives to analyze the factors affecting the safety performance of construction enterprises. Finally, the safety performance model of construction enterprises is constructed by using the system dynamics modeling software, which lays the groundwork for the simulation of the model. Based on the simulation and analysis of the safety performance model of construction enterprises, five key factors influencing the safety performance of construction enterprises are found: reasonable degree of behavior of decision makers, safety culture, safety laws and regulations. The level of engineering technology content, the level of emergency and accident handling, and the corresponding measures and suggestions from these five aspects are put forward respectively, so as to facilitate the relevant government units and construction enterprises to formulate reasonable intervention policies. It points out the direction and provides the theoretical basis for the improvement of the safety performance of the construction enterprises, which is of great significance to the safety development of the construction enterprises.
