管理控制與勞動(dòng)剝削:一個(gè)基于量化史學(xué)的考察

【摘要】:本文回歸馬克思的經(jīng)濟(jì)史傳統(tǒng),考察了近代中國(guó)工業(yè)中被廣泛采用的勞動(dòng)控制模式——工頭制和包工制的運(yùn)作方式以及它們剝削工人勞動(dòng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),工頭制的實(shí)施強(qiáng)度與剝削度存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,該勞動(dòng)管理模式的核心仍是榨取剩余價(jià)值,而非新自由主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中所強(qiáng)調(diào)的提供制度有效性。通過(guò)開灤煤礦的案例,直接計(jì)算出包工制下的剝削率,發(fā)現(xiàn)它對(duì)總剝削率的貢獻(xiàn)在30%~40%之間。中華人民共和國(guó)成立后,生產(chǎn)資料公有制逐漸取代了私有制后,這類剝削制度才退出歷史舞臺(tái)。該歷史進(jìn)程清晰地顯示出,消滅剝削的任務(wù)是無(wú)法通過(guò)對(duì)資本主義生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的改良來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,而只能通過(guò)對(duì)生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的重構(gòu)來(lái)獲得。
[Abstract]:This paper returns to the tradition of Marx's economic history, and investigates the mode of labor control widely used in modern Chinese industry, that is, foreman system and contract system, as well as their forms of realizing the exploitation of workers' labor. There is a significant positive correlation between the intensity of the foreman system and the degree of exploitation. The core of this labor management model is still to extract surplus value, not to emphasize the effectiveness of the supply system in neoliberal economics. The exploitation rate under the contract labour system was calculated directly, and its contribution to the total exploitation rate was found to be between 30% and 40%. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the public ownership of the means of production gradually replaced the private ownership. The historical process clearly shows that the task of eliminating exploitation can not be achieved through the improvement of capitalist relations of production, but only through the reconstruction of relations of production.
