【摘要】：針對(duì)烏龍泉礦生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀和生產(chǎn)能力的決策需求,采用回歸分析方法對(duì)該礦近10年的生產(chǎn)成本和產(chǎn)量統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合分析,確定礦山成本-產(chǎn)量函數(shù)表達(dá)式,進(jìn)而基于資源價(jià)值最大化原則建立烏龍泉礦生產(chǎn)能力規(guī)劃模型,探尋該礦0~+43 m開采范圍內(nèi)礦產(chǎn)資源開采量的變化規(guī)律,客觀地反映了該礦礦體賦存條件差異和開采技術(shù)條件差異對(duì)生產(chǎn)能力決策的影響,減少了模型參數(shù)確定的主觀隨意性。結(jié)合礦山現(xiàn)有設(shè)備配置及使用情況,遵循設(shè)備投資投入最小原則,確定該礦0~+43 m開采范圍內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)能力方案為:第1階段(第1~15年)生產(chǎn)能力為240×104t/a;第2階段(第16~30年)生產(chǎn)能力為350×104t/a。
[Abstract]:In view of the present production situation and the decision demand of production capacity in Wulongquan Mine, the regression analysis method is used to fit and analyze the production cost and output statistical data of this mine in the past 10 years, and the expression of the cost-output function of the mine is determined. Based on the principle of maximization of resource value, the production capacity planning model of Wulong Quan Mine is established, and the variation law of mining capacity in 0 ~ 43 m mining area of Wulong Quan Mine is explored. This paper objectively reflects the influence of different occurrence conditions and mining technical conditions of the ore body on the decision of production capacity, and reduces the subjective arbitrariness of determining model parameters, combined with the configuration and use of existing equipment in the mine. According to the principle of minimum investment in equipment investment, it is determined that the production capacity of the mine is 240 脳 10 ~ 4 t / a in the first stage (1 ~ 15 years) and 350 脳 10 ~ 4 t / a in the second stage (16 ~ 30 years).
