【摘要】：自改革開放以來,越來越多的外資企業(yè)涌入中國(guó)投資、辦廠。這些外資企業(yè)伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,在獲取了經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的同時(shí),也給我們帶來了先進(jìn)的管理理念。作者自2010年進(jìn)入美國(guó)獨(dú)資食品企業(yè)采購部工作至今,在工作期間經(jīng)歷了該公司并購K集團(tuán),成立KH集團(tuán)的過程,參與了新成立的集團(tuán)實(shí)行集中采購的管理模式的流程變更,因此對(duì)實(shí)施集中采購給企業(yè)帶來的效益提升深有體會(huì)。因此,作者以KH集團(tuán)作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其實(shí)施的集中采購管理模式進(jìn)行深入探討,希望能對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)同行業(yè)或者正準(zhǔn)備實(shí)施集中采購的集團(tuán)化公司帶來一些啟發(fā)。本文首先對(duì)該文章所涉及的采購管理理論進(jìn)行了梳理,作為本次研究的理論依據(jù);其次作者對(duì)并購前H公司和K集團(tuán)的各自采購管理模式進(jìn)行了充分的說明和分析,找到這兩家公司在采購管理中存在的問題和不足;再次對(duì)新成立的KH集團(tuán)在集中采購管理的問題上,提出了解決思路和建議:立足于長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的采購流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和再造,建立一套符合KH集團(tuán)特點(diǎn)的集中采購流程;最后作者對(duì)KH集團(tuán)在實(shí)施集中采購的效果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),對(duì)本研究的不足之處進(jìn)行了闡述。從當(dāng)今采購管理的趨勢(shì)來看,集中采購的管理模式被越來越多的集團(tuán)化公司重視和采納。集中采購也成為降低采購成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)采購部門價(jià)值、最終提高企業(yè)效益的重要工具,尤其是在新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)形式下,希望本研究能為國(guó)內(nèi)的企業(yè)在集中采購探索方面提供一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, more and more foreign-funded enterprises have poured into China to invest and set up factories. With the rapid development of China's economy, these foreign-funded enterprises have gained economic benefits at the same time. Since 2010, the author has joined the purchasing department of wholly owned food enterprises in the United States and has experienced the process of M & A K Group and establishing KH Group during his working period. Participated in the new group to implement centralized procurement management model of the process changes, so the implementation of centralized procurement to enterprises to improve the benefits of deep experience. Therefore, the author takes KH Group as the research object, In order to bring some inspiration to the domestic same industry or the collectivized companies that are preparing to implement the centralized purchasing management mode, this paper firstly combs the purchasing management theory involved in this article. As the theoretical basis of this study, secondly, the author fully explains and analyzes the respective purchasing management models of H Company and K Group before M & A, and finds out the problems and deficiencies in the procurement management of these two companies. Thirdly, on the issue of centralized purchasing management of the newly established KH Group, the paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions: base on the long-term development, optimize and reengineer the existing purchasing process, and set up a set of centralized procurement process in accordance with the characteristics of KH Group; Finally, the author summarizes the effect of centralized purchasing in KH Group, and expounds the shortcomings of this study. The management mode of centralized procurement has been paid more and more attention to and adopted by more and more collectivized companies. Centralized procurement has also become an important tool to reduce procurement costs, realize the value of purchasing departments, and ultimately improve the efficiency of enterprises, especially in the new normal economy. I hope this research can provide some help for domestic enterprises in the exploration of centralized procurement.
