中國制造業(yè)在“一帶一路”價值增值能力的驅動因素

【摘要】:建設"一帶一路"是中國在經濟全球化背景下提出的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其宗旨是謀求沿線各國和地區(qū)多元、自主、平衡、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,有利于中國制造業(yè)中資本密集型細分行業(yè)轉移,通過降低成本來實現(xiàn)自身價值增值。以產出投入占比篩選細分行業(yè),基于"微笑曲線"四要素理論闡述中國制造業(yè)在"一帶一路"區(qū)域增值的驅動因素,研究表明,產出投入占比中國制造業(yè)在全球價值鏈中的地位偏低、參與度較高、顯優(yōu)排名逐年上升;中國制造業(yè)細分行業(yè)間差異性較大,發(fā)展電子、光學等高技術含量的制造業(yè)是提高增值能力的根本;應加大自有資金投入力度,結合技術商業(yè)化、利用風險資本投入鞏固先進技術優(yōu)勢,增強企業(yè)核心競爭力,鞏固并強化微笑曲線中高利潤點的優(yōu)勢,從根本上提高企業(yè)自身的價值增值能力,同時推動制造業(yè)由生產型向生產服務型轉變,通過掌控增值環(huán)節(jié)形成比較優(yōu)勢,進而提高在全球價值鏈中的地位。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" is a development strategy put forward by China under the background of economic globalization. Its purpose is to seek pluralistic, independent, balanced and sustainable development of all countries and regions along the route, which is conducive to the transfer of capital-intensive subdivision industries in China's manufacturing industry. By reducing the cost to realize its own value added, the paper selects the subdivision industry with the proportion of output input, based on the "smile curve" theory of four elements to explain the driving factors of Chinese manufacturing industry in "Belt and Road" region value-added, the study shows that, The proportion of Chinese manufacturing industry in global value chain is low, its participation is high, and its ranking is rising year by year. The manufacturing industry with high technology, such as optics, is the basis for improving the value-added capability. We should increase the investment of our own capital, combine the commercialization of technology, use venture capital to consolidate the advanced technological advantages, and strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises. Consolidate and strengthen the advantage of high profit point in the smile curve, fundamentally improve the value added ability of the enterprise itself, at the same time promote the manufacturing industry to change from the production type to the production service type, form the comparative advantage by controlling the value-added link. And then improve the position in the global value chain.
