【摘要】：知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來,知識管理成為企業(yè)管理的一項(xiàng)基本職能。信息技術(shù)讓資訊海量增加,知識成為一種技術(shù)上需要約束和管理的資源,企業(yè)對知識的有效利用成為管理者必須把握的課題,對信息的知識化轉(zhuǎn)化和管理,形成一種企業(yè)競爭能力。知識管理在虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代上升成一種能夠在技術(shù)上實(shí)現(xiàn)普遍共享的社會需求。云計(jì)算以分布式計(jì)算的高效率,大存量便于共享的便捷,經(jīng)濟(jì)性易于推廣的優(yōu)勢,為企業(yè)知識管理提供了很好的技術(shù)服務(wù)條件。國家和地方政府不斷出臺政策,鼓勵地方民營企業(yè)按照國家產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,并在信息技術(shù)的服務(wù)上給予政策支持和廣闊的發(fā)展空間。本文通過分析B公司經(jīng)營管理現(xiàn)狀,從發(fā)掘和做好公司知識資產(chǎn)的確認(rèn)、分類、管理的角度出發(fā),對B公司的知識資產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀和各職能部門、各業(yè)務(wù)板塊的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和資源管理方法及業(yè)務(wù)流程加以調(diào)查了解,積累整理了 B公司經(jīng)營管理、知識管理、業(yè)務(wù)活動等方面的現(xiàn)狀資料。借助自己所學(xué)企業(yè)管理相關(guān)理論知識,分析了公司在經(jīng)營管理中的問題,知識管理上的不足,公司各組織的知識管理需求。查閱有關(guān)知識管理方面的前沿文獻(xiàn),探索目前知識管理方面的新做法和研究趨勢。認(rèn)為云計(jì)算服務(wù)引入知識管理具有適應(yīng)知識經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,系統(tǒng)解決企業(yè)知識管理問題的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,具有促進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代企業(yè)管理信息化、現(xiàn)代化的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,在發(fā)掘企業(yè)知識資產(chǎn),形成知識管理體系方面可以提供系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方案,解決具體問題,提出B公司基于云計(jì)算知識管理系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃思路。本研究提出知識管理系統(tǒng)的總體規(guī)劃和詳細(xì)規(guī)劃。在規(guī)劃中,主要的理論方法是運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃法研究B公司知識管理系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和子系統(tǒng)劃分。用知識管理分類法研究B公司內(nèi)部知識資產(chǎn)和外部知識資產(chǎn),隱性知識資產(chǎn)和顯性知識資產(chǎn)的劃分和確認(rèn)。詳細(xì)規(guī)劃了各子系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、流程。研究知識管理系統(tǒng)與云計(jì)算的結(jié)合及云資源池的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化�？傮w規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的整體框架、功能劃分、數(shù)據(jù)流程及系統(tǒng)與云計(jì)算的結(jié)合。詳細(xì)規(guī)劃從B公司知識管理門戶系統(tǒng),知識存儲、知識獲取、知識學(xué)習(xí)、知識共享、知識使用、知識創(chuàng)新方面,結(jié)合企業(yè)知識要素、組織職能和業(yè)務(wù)流程等,規(guī)劃了子系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)流程,對具體功能模塊進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。基于云計(jì)算知識管理系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃的總體目標(biāo)是,實(shí)現(xiàn)B公司知識獲取、共享和使用方面的云計(jì)算高效率管理,為現(xiàn)行知識型組織建設(shè)目標(biāo)提供基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)、理論服務(wù)和技術(shù)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become a basic function of enterprise management. Information technology has increased the amount of information, and knowledge has become a resource that needs to be restricted and managed technically. The effective use of knowledge by enterprises has become a subject that managers must grasp, and transform and manage the knowledge of information. Knowledge management has become a kind of social demand that can realize universal sharing in technology in the virtual network era. Cloud computing is efficient in distributed computing and convenient for sharing in large quantities. The advantages of economy and ease of popularization provide good technical service conditions for enterprise knowledge management. The state and local governments continue to issue policies to encourage local private enterprises to adjust and develop in accordance with national industries. Through analyzing the present situation of B company's management and management, from the angle of discovering and doing well the confirmation, classification and management of the knowledge assets of the company, the paper gives policy support and broad development space to the information technology service. The present situation of knowledge assets of Company B and its functional departments, the organizational structure, resource management methods and business processes of each business sector are investigated, and the management and knowledge management of Company B are accumulated and sorted out. The current situation of business activities and other aspects. With the help of the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise management, this paper analyzes the problems in the management of the company, the shortcomings of the knowledge management, The knowledge management needs of the organizations. Review the cutting-edge literature on knowledge management, explore the current knowledge management new practices and research trends, and consider that the introduction of cloud computing services to knowledge management can adapt to the development of knowledge economy. The technical advantage of systematically solving the problem of enterprise knowledge management has the practical significance of promoting the informationization and modernization of enterprise management in the era of "Internet". The formation of knowledge management system can provide a system planning scheme, solve specific problems, put forward the B company based on cloud computing knowledge management system planning ideas. This study proposed the knowledge management system overall planning and detailed planning. The main theoretical method is to use the system planning method to study the overall structure and subsystem division of the knowledge management system of B company, and to study the internal and external knowledge assets of B company by using the knowledge management classification method. Division and confirmation of tacit knowledge assets and explicit knowledge assets. Detailed planning of the structure, process, integration of knowledge management system and cloud computing, standardization of cloud resource pool, overall framework of master planning system, From B company knowledge management portal system, knowledge storage, knowledge acquisition, knowledge learning, knowledge sharing, knowledge use, knowledge innovation, Combined with enterprise knowledge elements, organizational functions and business processes, the subsystem structure and data process are planned, and the specific function modules are planned.
