【摘要】：軍民融合是當前新形勢下我國治國強軍的重大戰(zhàn)略,是軍工科研院所實現(xiàn)科學發(fā)展的關鍵所在。文中通過梳理當前軍工科研院所軍民融合發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與主要問題,研究提出了一種促進軍民深度融合、具有一定適用性和延展性的組織架構及配套績效考核方法,旨在為現(xiàn)階段軍工科研院所軍民融合發(fā)展以及機制體制改革提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The integration of military and civil affairs is an important strategy to strengthen the army in our country under the new situation, and is the key to the scientific development of military research institutes. This paper reviews the present situation and main problems of the development of military and civilian integration in military scientific research institutes. This paper puts forward a kind of organization structure and matching performance evaluation method which can promote the deep integration of military and civil affairs and has certain applicability and extensibility. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and reference for the development of military-civilian integration and the reform of mechanism system in military research institutes at present.
