【摘要】：供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革是新常態(tài)下我國宏觀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)和政策方向,而如何高效、妥善地處置"僵尸企業(yè)"是供給側(cè)改革的首要問題。本文以"超日太陽"破產(chǎn)重整事件為例,分析企業(yè)淪為"僵尸"的主要原因,以及利用破產(chǎn)重整機制處置僵尸企業(yè)過程中的主要問題、解決路徑及經(jīng)濟后果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)淪為"僵尸"既有自身原因,也有外部環(huán)境成因,破產(chǎn)重整機制的合理利用有助于高效、穩(wěn)妥地解決僵尸企業(yè)處置問題。政府在解決僵尸企業(yè)問題時,應(yīng)積極借助市場和司法途徑,充分發(fā)揮破產(chǎn)重整機制的作用。
[Abstract]:The supply-side structural reform is an important strategic task and policy direction of China's macroeconomic development under the new normal. Properly dealing with "zombie enterprises" is the most important issue in supply-side reform. Taking the case of "super sun" bankruptcy and reorganization as an example, this paper analyzes the main reasons why enterprises degenerate into "zombies". As well as the main problems in the process of dealing with zombie enterprises by the mechanism of bankruptcy reorganization, solving the path and economic consequences. The study found that the enterprises degenerate into "zombies" for both their own reasons and external environmental causes. The rational utilization of the bankruptcy reorganization mechanism is helpful to solve the problem of disposal of zombie enterprises efficiently and steadily. The government should make full use of the market and judicial channels to fully play the role of bankruptcy reorganization mechanism in solving the problems of zombie enterprises.
