【摘要】：基于三螺旋模型與專利的技術(shù)競爭力評價方法,量化測度我國各地區(qū)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新水平和技術(shù)競爭力,并利用偏相關(guān)分析法討論二者的相關(guān)性。分析結(jié)果顯示:現(xiàn)階段,中國各地區(qū)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)活躍指數(shù)與三螺旋協(xié)同創(chuàng)新測度指標(biāo)中的校企合作指標(biāo)呈較強的正相關(guān)性,而技術(shù)質(zhì)量指數(shù)與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新水平各項測度指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性較弱,一方面說明目前協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對于技術(shù)競爭力的影響力大多來源于校企合作,另一方面也說明協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對于技術(shù)質(zhì)量的影響較為欠缺;進一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),校企合作的三螺旋測度指標(biāo)與專利數(shù)量指標(biāo)呈正相關(guān)性,而與技術(shù)范圍指標(biāo)呈負相關(guān)性,說明校企合作越多的地區(qū)具有的專利數(shù)量越多,且研究的技術(shù)范圍相對更集中。
[Abstract]:Based on the three helix model and the patented technology competitiveness evaluation method, this paper measures quantitatively the level of collaborative innovation and technological competitiveness of the robot industry in various regions of China. The results show that, at present, there is a strong positive correlation between the technological activity index of the robot industry in various regions of China and the index of cooperation between school and enterprise in the measurement index of triple helix collaborative innovation. On the one hand, the influence of collaborative innovation on technological competitiveness is mostly derived from the cooperation between school and enterprise. On the other hand, it also shows that the impact of collaborative innovation on technological quality is relatively lacking. Further analysis shows that the triple helix measure index of school-enterprise cooperation has positive correlation with patent quantity index, but negative correlation with technical scope index. It shows that the more cooperation between schools and enterprises, the more patents are available, and the technical scope of research is more concentrated.
