【摘要】：在工業(yè)經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代社會,人類向大自然肆意索取物質(zhì)資源并對環(huán)境造成的污染在很大程度上制約著社會長期的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展能力甚至威脅到人類的健康。全球環(huán)境日益惡化和自然資源的枯竭迫使人們深刻反思自己的行為。資源約束問題成為制約經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重要問題,突破制約能源資源的瓶頸,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是全體人類奮斗的方向和目標(biāo)。隨著生態(tài)發(fā)展理念的提出,消耗大、污染高的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈底端的產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸從發(fā)達國家遷移到發(fā)展中國家,致使這些國家環(huán)境問題更加惡化。從國內(nèi)來看,在中國經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境問題矛盾日益尖銳的前提下,我國大部分企業(yè)依然在走傳統(tǒng)的資源驅(qū)動型經(jīng)濟增長路線,“高投入、高污染、高消耗、低質(zhì)量、低效益、低產(chǎn)出”的發(fā)展方式依然占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地,環(huán)境污染和資源匱乏制約著我國企業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著十八大生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的提出,資源型企業(yè)成為生態(tài)發(fā)展中應(yīng)重點關(guān)注的企業(yè),實現(xiàn)資源型企業(yè)的綠色轉(zhuǎn)型,既是現(xiàn)實企業(yè)發(fā)展的客觀需要,也是企業(yè)健康成長的內(nèi)涵。本文在搜集現(xiàn)有大量相關(guān)資源型企業(yè)和綠色競爭力的基礎(chǔ)上,在新常態(tài)發(fā)展背景下,首先研究傳統(tǒng)競爭力和綠色競爭力兩者之間的區(qū)別,將資源型企業(yè)的綠色競爭力作為研究對象,利用該評價指標(biāo)分析決定企業(yè)競爭力的影響因素。確定評價指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則,據(jù)此來構(gòu)建企業(yè)綠色競爭力的評價模型,并運用層次分析法和模糊評價法將定性評價指標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為定量指標(biāo),使得綠色競爭力的DEA評價模型更加準(zhǔn)確。在對20家相關(guān)企業(yè)進行評價之后,將會使各企業(yè)對自身有更清晰的認識,經(jīng)過比較分析,總結(jié)我國資源型企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,并嘗試提出可行性建議。
[Abstract]:In the modern society with the rapid development of industrial economy, The pollution caused by the wanton request of material resources from nature restricts to a great extent the long-term economic development ability of society and even threatens human health. The global environment is deteriorating day by day and the natural resources are exhausted. Forcing people to reflect deeply on their own behavior. The problem of resource constraints has become an important issue that restricts economic and social development. Breaking through the bottleneck of restricting energy resources and realizing the coordinated development of economy and ecology is the direction and goal of all mankind's struggle. The industries at the bottom of the highly polluting industrial chain gradually migrate from the developed countries to the developing countries, which make the environmental problems of these countries worse. From the domestic point of view, the contradiction between the rapid economic development of China and the ecological environmental problems is becoming increasingly acute. Most enterprises in our country are still following the traditional resource-driven economic growth line. The development mode of "high input, high pollution, high consumption, low quality, low benefit and low output" still dominates. Environmental pollution and lack of resources restrict the development of enterprises in our country. With the development of 18 ecological civilization, resource-based enterprises become the enterprises that should pay more attention to in ecological development, and realize the green transformation of resource-based enterprises. It is not only the objective need of the development of the real enterprise, but also the connotation of the healthy growth of the enterprise. On the basis of collecting a large number of existing resource-based enterprises and green competitiveness, under the background of the new normal development, First of all, the difference between traditional competitiveness and green competitiveness is studied, and the green competitiveness of resource-based enterprises is regarded as the object of study. The evaluation index is used to analyze the influencing factors that determine the competitiveness of the enterprise, and the principles of constructing the evaluation index system are determined, according to which the evaluation model of the green competitiveness of the enterprise is constructed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method are used to transform the qualitative evaluation index into the quantitative index, which makes the DEA evaluation model of green competitiveness more accurate. It will make the enterprises have a clearer understanding of themselves, through comparative analysis, summarize the current situation of resource-based enterprises in China, and try to put forward feasible suggestions.
