【摘要】：快速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)形式,不斷促進(jìn)企業(yè)管理方式的進(jìn)步,為了應(yīng)對復(fù)雜多變的市場,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之間的競爭不斷升級,近幾年有不少企業(yè)嘗試使用更先進(jìn)的管理方式來節(jié)約企業(yè)資源,提高效益。目前比較主流的兩種方式是ERP系統(tǒng)管理或益生產(chǎn)管理方式,成效顯著的案例卻不常見。也有一些企業(yè)嘗試推行這兩種產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)管理方式,但能將兩者的管理思想充分融合的不多。ERP管理系統(tǒng)主要側(cè)重于整體的計(jì)劃性和信息傳遞的速度和準(zhǔn)確度。但是對于生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的影響力太弱;同樣在精益生產(chǎn)模式下可以企業(yè)可以極大限度的利用較少的資源收獲大的產(chǎn)出,不過缺乏公司層級的宏觀信息管理模塊,如果兩者能夠深度結(jié)合在一起,可提高企業(yè)管理體系運(yùn)作效率,幫助企業(yè)效獲得最可觀的收益。本文主要是依據(jù)C公司目前的運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程理論知識來研究基于ERP管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)方式。通過對C公司鋰電池生產(chǎn)管理運(yùn)作方式的剖析,制定一套推式計(jì)劃和拉式計(jì)劃同時(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的生產(chǎn)體系;此方案主要由公司管理層和生產(chǎn)車間層組成,公司管理層主要是使用ERP系統(tǒng)來管理產(chǎn)品訂單、采購原材料人事安排以及制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃;生產(chǎn)車間層面導(dǎo)入精益生產(chǎn)管理工具,實(shí)施準(zhǔn)時(shí)生產(chǎn)方式,協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)同步和均衡運(yùn)行;建立鋰電池產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量管控體系,對ERP管理系統(tǒng)改善優(yōu)化。然后對采用ERP管理系統(tǒng)和精益生產(chǎn)組合管理體系的C公司改善結(jié)果總結(jié)。不僅會提高C公司運(yùn)營收益,增強(qiáng)競爭能力,對行業(yè)來說也具有一定參考意義。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economic forms, constantly promote the progress of enterprise management, in order to cope with the complex and changeable market, the competition between production enterprises is constantly escalating, In recent years, many enterprises have tried to use more advanced management methods to save enterprise resources and improve efficiency. At present, the two main methods are ERP system management or beneficial production management. Successful cases are not common. There are also some enterprises that try to implement these two production management methods. However, the ERP management system, which can fully integrate the two management ideas, mainly focuses on the overall planning and the speed and accuracy of information transmission, but the influence on the production link is too weak; Similarly, in lean production mode, enterprises can maximize the use of less resources to harvest large output, but the lack of a corporate level of macro-information management module, if the two can be deeply combined, It can improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise management system and help the enterprise to obtain the most significant benefits. This paper is mainly based on the current operating situation of C Company. The lean production mode based on ERP management system is studied by using the theory of industrial engineering. Through the analysis of the operation mode of lithium battery production management in C Company, a set of production system with push plan and pull plan is established. The project is mainly composed of company management and workshop layer, which mainly uses ERP system to manage product order, purchase raw material personnel arrangement and make production plan. Implement punctual production, coordinate production line production synchronization and balanced operation, establish a quality control system for lithium battery production, Improve and optimize the ERP management system. Then summarize the improvement results of C Company which adopts the ERP management system and lean production combination management system. It will not only increase the operating income of C Company, but also enhance the competitive ability. For the industry also has a certain reference significance.
