【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,全球市場環(huán)境瞬息萬變,企業(yè)面臨著越來越大的競爭壓力,經(jīng)濟(jì)增加值(EVA)作為一種評價企業(yè)經(jīng)營者有效使用資本、為股東創(chuàng)造價值能力和體現(xiàn)企業(yè)最終經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的經(jīng)營業(yè)績考核工具,其能更好地提供業(yè)績評估的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文將A公司作為研究對象,研究的主要內(nèi)容是基于該公司現(xiàn)有績效評價體系建立嵌入EVA的績效評價體系。首先,對相關(guān)績效評價理論進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié)；其次,介紹A公司現(xiàn)有績效評價體系,并結(jié)合相關(guān)財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),計算得出近兩年A公司的績效評價得分。通過分析,得出該公司現(xiàn)有績效評價體系存在不足之處以及采用嵌入EVA績效評價體系有其必要性；再次,設(shè)計A公司嵌入EVA的績效評價體系,并計算該公司在新體系下的績效評價得分,同時將之與現(xiàn)有體系下的所得結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析,結(jié)果證明嵌入EVA的績效評價體系優(yōu)于公司現(xiàn)有績效評價體系。最后,通過本文研究分析,得出結(jié)論：嵌入EVA的績效評價體系更符合A公司績效考核的需要,更有利于公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時,也希望可以通過本文的研究對整個化工行業(yè)推廣嵌入EVA的績效評價體系有所裨益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the rapid change of global market environment, enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure. EVA (Economic value added) is used as an evaluation of the effective use of capital by business operators. The performance assessment tool which can create value ability for shareholders and reflect the enterprise's ultimate operating goal can better provide the standard of performance evaluation. In this paper, Company A is regarded as the object of study. The main content of the study is to establish a performance evaluation system embedded in EVA based on the existing performance evaluation system of the company. Firstly, the related performance evaluation theory is summarized and summarized; secondly, the current performance evaluation system of company A is introduced. And combined with the relevant financial data, calculate the performance evaluation scores of company A in the past two years. Through analysis, it is concluded that the existing performance evaluation system of the company has shortcomings and the necessity of adopting embedded EVA performance evaluation system; thirdly, The performance evaluation system of company A embedded in EVA is designed, and the performance evaluation score of the company under the new system is calculated. At the same time, the results obtained under the existing system are compared and analyzed. The results show that the performance evaluation system embedded in EVA is superior to the existing performance evaluation system. Finally, through the research and analysis of this paper, it is concluded that the performance evaluation system embedded in EVA meets the needs of performance appraisal in company A. At the same time, it is hoped that the research in this paper will benefit the whole chemical industry to popularize the performance evaluation system with embedded EVA.
