【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,采購(gòu)作為各企業(yè)自身價(jià)值鏈的最始端,還是連接各個(gè)企業(yè)之間原料、半成品、產(chǎn)成品和消費(fèi)品之間的橋梁,是供應(yīng)鏈上企業(yè)之間互通有無(wú)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。采購(gòu)活動(dòng)使得供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)得以無(wú)縫鏈接,使得供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的各個(gè)企業(yè)提高同步化運(yùn)作效率。因此,采購(gòu)部門管理是否高效,采購(gòu)活動(dòng)是否合適,采購(gòu)模式是否科學(xué),對(duì)任何企業(yè)而言都至關(guān)重要,甚至影響到其整體經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在這種形勢(shì)下,山東如意棉紡產(chǎn)業(yè)在自身的發(fā)展實(shí)踐中也逐漸意識(shí)到原料采購(gòu)管理對(duì)其整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)大影響,并根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的指導(dǎo),不斷調(diào)整著采購(gòu)管理策略,提升采購(gòu)管理水平,以適應(yīng)企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。本文首先簡(jiǎn)述了如意棉紡十多年的發(fā)展歷程,根據(jù)其發(fā)展特點(diǎn),將如意棉紡的發(fā)展劃分為三個(gè)階段加以概述,多方面反映了其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;從采購(gòu)模式、采購(gòu)流程、供應(yīng)商管理和采購(gòu)管理信息化等方面論述了如意棉紡原料采購(gòu)管理的演變及現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)是通過(guò)對(duì)自身發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,找出了如意棉紡原料采購(gòu)管理方面尚存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和不足點(diǎn),并以供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下采購(gòu)管理的理論作為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合企業(yè)自身的采購(gòu)管理實(shí)踐,針對(duì)不足之處提出了改進(jìn)措施,研究發(fā)展對(duì)策,就如何完善如意棉紡原料采購(gòu)管理體系提出了個(gè)人的意見和看法。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, purchasing, as the most important part of the value chain of enterprises, is also a bridge between raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and consumer goods. Purchasing activities make the supply chain system link seamlessly, and make the enterprises in the supply chain system improve the efficiency of synchronous operation. Therefore, the procurement department management is efficient or not. Whether the procurement activity is appropriate or not, whether the procurement mode is scientific is of great importance to any enterprise, and even affects the realization of its overall business objectives. Shandong Ruyi cotton textile industry in its own development practice is gradually aware of the strong impact of raw material procurement management on its overall competitiveness, and according to the supply chain management theory guidance, constantly adjust the procurement management strategy, improve the level of procurement management, In order to adapt to the rapid development of the enterprise, this paper first describes the development process of Ruyi cotton spinning for more than ten years, according to its development characteristics, the development of Ruyi cotton spinning is divided into three stages, which reflects its development status in many aspects. This paper discusses the evolution and current situation of the procurement management of Ruyi cotton textile raw materials from the aspects of procurement process, supplier management and procurement management information. The emphasis is on the analysis of the present situation of its own development. This paper finds out the weak points and deficiencies in the procurement management of Ruyi cotton textile raw materials, and takes the theory of purchasing management under the environment of supply chain management as the guidance, combining with the purchasing management practice of the enterprise itself. This paper puts forward the improvement measures, researches and development countermeasures, and puts forward personal opinions and opinions on how to perfect the purchasing management system of Ruyi cotton textile raw materials.
