【摘要】：中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展越來越迅速,國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值已經(jīng)連續(xù)30年保持兩位數(shù)的增長。近年來,我國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度更是驚人。2016年全國物流總值227.8萬億元,同比增長3.9%,與之相比,中國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)卻處在起步階段,無論在物流企業(yè)的規(guī)模還是效率上,都與發(fā)達(dá)國家存在著較大差距。伴隨著物流行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,其對(duì)國家GDP增長的貢獻(xiàn)也越來越受到社會(huì)的關(guān)注。由于物流行業(yè)競爭激烈,行業(yè)內(nèi)利潤空間已經(jīng)逐漸被擠壓,物流企業(yè)不得不利用新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型來尋求發(fā)展。本文在回顧了有關(guān)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從曹妃甸區(qū)行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境和物流需求等方面對(duì)首鋼碼頭的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合首鋼碼頭的自身情況和資源能力等內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行了研究。綜合運(yùn)用了PEST、SWOT和波特五力等分析工具,制定出首鋼碼頭轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略,在差異化戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)行成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略、平臺(tái)化戰(zhàn)略、信息化戰(zhàn)略等促進(jìn)首鋼碼頭的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。然后選擇物流服務(wù)延伸、物流戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟和定制化物流服務(wù)三種經(jīng)營模式來為首鋼碼頭轉(zhuǎn)型提供利潤保障。隨著當(dāng)前我國物流行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,行業(yè)內(nèi)部的競爭也越來越激烈。以首鋼碼頭為研究對(duì)象來分析我國傳統(tǒng)物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,同時(shí)結(jié)合水路運(yùn)輸自身特點(diǎn)來進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,從而能夠更好地為物流轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展方向做出指引。
[Abstract]:China's economy is growing more and more rapidly, and its gross domestic product (GDP) has been growing at double-digit levels for 30 consecutive years. In 2016, the total value of logistics in China was 227.8 tillion yuan, an increase of 3.9%, compared with the same period last year, but the logistics industry in China is still in its infancy. Whether in the scale or efficiency of logistics enterprises, there is a big gap with the developed countries, accompanied by the rapid development of the logistics industry. Its contribution to the growth of national GDP has been paid more and more attention by the society. Because of the fierce competition in the logistics industry, the profit space in the industry has been gradually squeezed. Logistics enterprises have to use the new economic environment for strategic transformation to seek development. This paper analyzes the external environment of Shougang wharf from the aspects of competition environment and logistics demand in Caofeidian district. Combined with the internal conditions of Shougang Wharf, such as its own situation and resource capacity, the author made a strategy of Shougang Wharf transformation by using the tools of PEST-SWOT and Porter's five forces. On the basis of differentiation strategy, implement cost leading strategy, platform strategy, information strategy to promote the strategic transformation of Shougang wharf. Then choose logistics service extension. Logistics strategic alliance and customized logistics service three business models to provide profit protection for the transformation of Shougang wharf. With the rapid development of logistics industry in China. The competition within the industry is becoming more and more intense. Taking Shougang Wharf as the research object, this paper analyzes the development trend of traditional logistics industry in China, and combines the characteristics of waterway transportation to carry out strategic planning. In order to better guide the development direction of logistics transformation.
