中科光電稀土LED燈發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)我國(guó)電力供給系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)以及我國(guó)的電力供給工業(yè)的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)表明,在2015年全年,我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的用電總量約為55500億千瓦時(shí),同比增長(zhǎng)了0.5%,在2016年以致今后,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,預(yù)計(jì)對(duì)于電力的需求將會(huì)以較高的速度增長(zhǎng),同比增長(zhǎng)速度將會(huì)保持在9.4%左右。從世界范圍來(lái)看,在世界各用電領(lǐng)域,照明所消耗的電力資源占全世界發(fā)電重量的五分之一。我國(guó)用于照明的用電電量占總發(fā)電量的13%,目前已經(jīng)超過(guò)了5100億千瓦時(shí)。2009年12月,全球氣候大會(huì)在丹麥?zhǔn)锥几绫竟匍_(kāi)。與會(huì)各方進(jìn)過(guò)磋商,基本上達(dá)成了共識(shí),認(rèn)為現(xiàn)在人們的生產(chǎn)生活方式中,對(duì)于節(jié)能環(huán)保的意識(shí)不斷增強(qiáng),全世界各國(guó)公民對(duì)于本國(guó)和世界的綠色、環(huán)保、節(jié)能的認(rèn)識(shí)不斷加深。對(duì)于全球用電量不斷增長(zhǎng)的事實(shí),提高現(xiàn)有照明產(chǎn)品的照明效率逐漸成為全世界以及我國(guó)抑制全球碳排放的主要方式,我國(guó)的白熾燈產(chǎn)品逐步被節(jié)能燈和LED照明產(chǎn)品所取代,這也標(biāo)志著國(guó)家和我國(guó)居民對(duì)于節(jié)能環(huán)保照明產(chǎn)品的需求不斷增加。綜上,可以看出我國(guó)LED照明產(chǎn)品正在迎來(lái)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期。本文參考了關(guān)于稀土LED燈發(fā)展的多篇專業(yè)文獻(xiàn),掌握了稀土LED燈原理以及戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論。公司根據(jù)核心技術(shù)ac-led,研發(fā)出壽命可控的新型稀土LED發(fā)光材料技術(shù),從發(fā)光源上解決了現(xiàn)有LED燈頻閃的問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了照明產(chǎn)品的微小化,并且大幅提高了LED燈的使用壽命,節(jié)能減耗,實(shí)現(xiàn)了綠色環(huán)保的目的,節(jié)約了成本。通過(guò)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略理論的學(xué)習(xí)掌握了進(jìn)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析所需的工具。本文在中科光電稀土LED燈技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,從稀土LED燈的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,分析了在產(chǎn)品發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,并且剖析了問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)部和外部原因。結(jié)合了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論,研究了產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的外界環(huán)境,政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)等方面,客觀地分析了稀土LED燈具產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀。對(duì)中科光電稀土LED燈進(jìn)行的分析,包括了對(duì)于產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)細(xì)分、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)以及產(chǎn)品銷售方面的分析,綜合運(yùn)用宏觀環(huán)境分析和態(tài)勢(shì)分析法進(jìn)行綜合分析,確定本文論述產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)以及威脅,并根據(jù)分析矩陣制定對(duì)策最終確定有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。依照態(tài)勢(shì)分析法以及宏觀環(huán)境分析,本文制定了差異化戰(zhàn)略、集中化戰(zhàn)略、總成本控制戰(zhàn)略組合,確定了以差異化戰(zhàn)略為根本,在市場(chǎng)細(xì)分的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行集中化戰(zhàn)略,在提高科研技術(shù)投入和爭(zhēng)取政府政策扶植基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行總成本控制戰(zhàn)略的整體戰(zhàn)略。最后,為了確保該戰(zhàn)略的成功實(shí)施,需要在產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)上加大力度,保證產(chǎn)品滿足市場(chǎng)需要;要注重產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,打造過(guò)硬的產(chǎn)品;要不斷研究開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng),為發(fā)展拓寬道路;要加錢(qián)與政府之間的溝通聯(lián)系,積極利用國(guó)家政府的政策優(yōu)勢(shì);要打造自主品牌文化,進(jìn)一步提高產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:According to the data of China's power supply system and the statistical data of China's power supply industry, in 2015, the total domestic electricity consumption is about 5550 billion kilowatt-hours. Incandescent products in China are gradually replaced by energy-saving lamps and LED lighting products. This also marks the national and Chinese residents of energy conservation and environmental protection lighting products demand continues to increase. It can be seen that China's LED lighting products are facing a period of rapid development. This paper refers to the development of rare earth LED lamps many professional literature. Master the principle of rare earth LED lamp and strategic management theory. According to the core technology ac-ledthe company developed a new rare earth LED light-emitting material technology with controllable life. From the light source to solve the problem of the existing LED lamp stroboscopic, realize the miniaturization of lighting products, and greatly improve the service life of LED lamp, save energy and reduce consumption, and achieve the purpose of green environmental protection. Cost saving. Through the study of strategic theory to master the tools needed for the development of strategic analysis. This paper based on the technology of photovoltaic rare earth LED lamp, from the development of rare earth LED lamp status quo. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the product development, and analyzes the internal and external causes of the problems. Combined with the theory of competition, it studies the external environment, politics, economy, society and technology of the product development. The industrial environment of rare earth LED lamps is analyzed objectively. The analysis of LED lamps is made, including the analysis of market segmentation, product production and product sales. Comprehensive use of macro-environmental analysis and situation analysis for comprehensive analysis, determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of products discussed in this paper. According to the situation analysis and macro-environment analysis, this paper formulates the differentiation strategy, centralized strategy, total cost control strategy combination. To determine the differentiation strategy as the fundamental, on the basis of market segmentation on the basis of centralized strategy, in the scientific research technology investment and government policy on the basis of the overall strategy of cost control.
