【摘要】：軍工集團作為國防科技工業(yè)的骨干力量,肩負(fù)著服務(wù)國防軍隊建設(shè)、促進(jìn)科技進(jìn)步、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展三大歷史使命,具有鮮明的軍民融合屬性,是天然貫徹軍民融合發(fā)展國家戰(zhàn)略的主力軍。國內(nèi)外安全和發(fā)展新形勢、新特點使得軍工集團的軍民融合面臨新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。本文基于中國軍工集團軍民融合深度發(fā)展相關(guān)問題的研究,分析了軍工集團軍民融合發(fā)展的總體趨勢,圍繞國家總體安全和軍民融合發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的新要求,提出了科學(xué)妥當(dāng)處理好軍與民、大與小、上與下、內(nèi)與外、左與右、計劃與市場六方面關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:As the backbone of national defense science and technology industry, the military industry group shoulders three historical missions of serving the national defense army construction, promoting the progress of science and technology, and serving the economic development. Is the natural implementation of the national strategy for the integration of military and civilian development of the main force, domestic and foreign security and development of the new situation. The new characteristics make the military and civilian integration of the military industrial group facing new problems and challenges. Based on the research of the development of military and civilian integration depth of China military industrial group, this paper analyzes the general trend of military and civilian integration of the military industrial group. Focusing on the new requirements of the overall national security and the development strategy of the integration of the military and the people, this paper puts forward the scientific and proper handling of the relations between the army and the people, large and small, upper and lower, inside and outside, left and right, and planning and market.
