【摘要】：軍工集團(tuán)作為國(guó)防科技工業(yè)的骨干力量,肩負(fù)著服務(wù)國(guó)防軍隊(duì)建設(shè)、促進(jìn)科技進(jìn)步、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展三大歷史使命,具有鮮明的軍民融合屬性,是天然貫徹軍民融合發(fā)展國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的主力軍。國(guó)內(nèi)外安全和發(fā)展新形勢(shì)、新特點(diǎn)使得軍工集團(tuán)的軍民融合面臨新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。本文基于中國(guó)軍工集團(tuán)軍民融合深度發(fā)展相關(guān)問題的研究,分析了軍工集團(tuán)軍民融合發(fā)展的總體趨勢(shì),圍繞國(guó)家總體安全和軍民融合發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的新要求,提出了科學(xué)妥當(dāng)處理好軍與民、大與小、上與下、內(nèi)與外、左與右、計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)六方面關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:As the backbone of national defense science and technology industry, the military industry group shoulders three historical missions of serving the national defense army construction, promoting the progress of science and technology, and serving the economic development. Is the natural implementation of the national strategy for the integration of military and civilian development of the main force, domestic and foreign security and development of the new situation. The new characteristics make the military and civilian integration of the military industrial group facing new problems and challenges. Based on the research of the development of military and civilian integration depth of China military industrial group, this paper analyzes the general trend of military and civilian integration of the military industrial group. Focusing on the new requirements of the overall national security and the development strategy of the integration of the military and the people, this paper puts forward the scientific and proper handling of the relations between the army and the people, large and small, upper and lower, inside and outside, left and right, and planning and market.
