【摘要】：中小企業(yè)是目前我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要力量,是近幾年我國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的推動力。但近幾年中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展受到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),經(jīng)濟全球化使我國中小企業(yè)面臨著國際化企業(yè)的挑戰(zhàn),加上國內(nèi)勞動力成本優(yōu)勢的日益削弱,中小企業(yè)必須從依靠要素和投資驅(qū)動向依靠技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來提高效率的轉(zhuǎn)變來獲得更高的利潤,才能得以生存。中小企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級已經(jīng)變得刻不容緩。Popyum公司是一家科技型中小企業(yè),企業(yè)創(chuàng)立20年以來一直穩(wěn)固增長,但是近幾年受到全球經(jīng)濟的疲軟以及自身競爭力的薄弱的影響,企業(yè)發(fā)展受到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,Topyum公司想要繼續(xù)生存發(fā)展就必須進行自身的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,加快培育以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為基礎(chǔ)的核心競爭力。但是作為一個中小企業(yè),如何在激烈的競爭下有效的提升技術(shù)能力進行轉(zhuǎn)型升級,是本文的研究重點。通過國內(nèi)外一些標桿企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新途徑的研究,總結(jié)歸納出其特點和風險,根據(jù)Topyum公司的自身發(fā)展條件,最終設(shè)計出在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新起步階段通過技術(shù)并購技術(shù)含量高規(guī)模相對較小的企業(yè)來達到技術(shù)起始的積累,然后再通過企業(yè)整合內(nèi)部消化來達到自主研發(fā)的轉(zhuǎn)變的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑。同時,分析總結(jié)其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新道路上可能遇到的技術(shù)風險、市場風險、財務(wù)風險和政策風險,提出解決方案,幫助企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展更加順利。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of our country's economic development and the driving force of our country's rapid economic development in recent years, but in recent years, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has been faced with unprecedented challenges. The economic globalization makes the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country face the challenge of the internationalization enterprise, and the advantage of the domestic labor cost is weakening day by day. Small and medium-sized enterprises must change from relying on factors and investment to relying on technological innovation to improve efficiency in order to obtain higher profits. The transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises has become urgent. Popyum is a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, which has been growing steadily since its establishment 20 years ago. But in recent years, under the influence of weak global economy and weak competitiveness, enterprise development has been faced with unprecedented challenges. If Topyum wants to continue to survive and develop, it must carry on its own transformation and upgrade, speed up the cultivation of the core competitiveness based on technological innovation, but as a small and medium-sized enterprise. How to effectively upgrade the technological capability under the fierce competition is the focus of this paper. Through the research of some benchmarking enterprises at home and abroad the characteristics and risks are summed up. According to the Topyum company's own development conditions, the final design in the initial stage of technological innovation through technology mergers and acquisitions of high-scale relatively small enterprises to achieve the accumulation of technology initiation. Then through the integration of internal digestion to achieve independent research and development of the transformation of technological innovation path. At the same time, it analyzes and summarizes the possible technological risks and market risks on the road of technological innovation. Financial risk and policy risk, propose solutions to help enterprises in technological innovation transformation and development more smoothly.
