【摘要】：文章建立了以創(chuàng)新投入能力、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出能力、投入保障能力為核心的由4個一級指標(biāo)、14個二級指標(biāo)組成的創(chuàng)新能力評價指標(biāo)體系,以長江中游城市群所在的四省2009—2014年相關(guān)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用主成分分析方法,對其制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力指數(shù)進(jìn)行評價和排序。研究結(jié)果表明,長江中游四省制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力隨著時間推移而呈現(xiàn)出總體穩(wěn)步提高的趨勢和空間結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)域差異日趨明顯的特征。長江中游四省應(yīng)建立制造業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的制度保障機(jī)制、利益共享和風(fēng)險共擔(dān)機(jī)制、高效的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺以及共享的創(chuàng)新資源庫,以提升城市群制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,促進(jìn)四省合作發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an evaluation index system of innovation ability is established, which is composed of 4 primary indexes and 14 secondary indexes, which is based on innovation input ability, collaborative innovation ability, innovation output ability and input support ability. Based on the relevant statistical data of the four provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2009-2014, this paper uses principal component analysis (PCA) to evaluate and rank the manufacturing innovation capability index. The manufacturing innovation ability of the four provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River shows a trend of overall steady improvement with the passage of time, and the regional differences in spatial structure are becoming more and more obvious. The four provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River should establish the institutional guarantee of manufacturing collaborative innovation. Mechanism. The mechanism of benefit sharing and risk sharing, the efficient collaborative innovation platform and the shared innovation resource pool can promote the innovation ability of the manufacturing industry of the urban agglomeration and promote the cooperation development of the four provinces.
