【摘要】：中蘇造船股份公司是新中國(guó)成立初期中蘇兩國(guó)政府共同投資經(jīng)營(yíng)的一家股份制修造船企業(yè)。由于兩國(guó)政府管理有方,公司雙方人員密切配合,盡管該公司只存在了短短三年時(shí)間,但企業(yè)生產(chǎn)蓬勃發(fā)展,技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步,取得了一系列令人矚目的成就。該公司不僅成為我國(guó)一個(gè)較為先進(jìn)的船舶綜合企業(yè),而且成為我國(guó)發(fā)展造船工業(yè)的一支重要力量。與此同時(shí),該公司通過(guò)主要承接蘇聯(lián)的修造船任務(wù),也為蘇聯(lián)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)尤其是交通航運(yùn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Sino-Soviet Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock shipbuilding enterprise invested by the governments of the two countries in the early days of the founding of New China. Due to the good management of the governments of the two countries, the personnel of the two companies cooperate closely. Although the company has only existed for only three years, the production of the company is booming, the technology is progressing, and a series of remarkable achievements have been made. The company has not only become a more advanced ship comprehensive enterprise in our country. It also became an important force in the development of shipbuilding industry in China. At the same time, the company mainly undertook the task of building ships in the Soviet Union. It also contributed to the development of the national economy of the Soviet Union, especially the transportation and shipping industry.
