SL紡織有限公司庫存管理方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合、市場爭奪越來越嚴(yán)重的今天,相當(dāng)多的企業(yè)正在接受、實(shí)行供應(yīng)鏈管理的模式。庫存管理是供應(yīng)鏈管理各節(jié)點(diǎn)中不可或缺的一部分,通過對庫存管理的優(yōu)化與研究,有助于企業(yè)提升供應(yīng)鏈管理績效,在降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本的同時(shí)提高資金使用效率。在供應(yīng)鏈越來越受到重視的大背景下,為保證產(chǎn)品成本得到降低,客戶需求得到及時(shí)響應(yīng),企業(yè)資金周轉(zhuǎn)率得到提高,本文對SL公司庫存的成本和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入分析,從而使SL公司在行業(yè)中更具競爭力。本文首先介紹紡織企業(yè)庫存系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的有關(guān)概念、目的及相關(guān)理論與方法,為優(yōu)化紡織企業(yè)庫存系統(tǒng)提供理論依據(jù)。介紹域外公司一些先進(jìn)的有關(guān)庫存管理的路子,為解決高陽SL紡織公司解決具體問題提供指導(dǎo)。然后對SL公司庫存系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀分析。對中國大陸紡企存儲管理狀況進(jìn)行闡釋,得出中國大陸紡企存儲管理的主要特點(diǎn);介紹SL公司庫存的現(xiàn)狀,探求當(dāng)前存在的主要問題,針對這些主要問題進(jìn)行對策研究。通過分析、透視、發(fā)現(xiàn)SL公司庫存管理有如下方面的問題:一:生產(chǎn)采購計(jì)劃缺乏合理性,致使SL紡企的原材料采購出現(xiàn)了問題;二是公司內(nèi)部管理不科學(xué),運(yùn)作效率不高,無法及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確落實(shí)既定的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,以至于在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)各的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的出現(xiàn)銜接不到位的現(xiàn)象,舉例而言,公司會(huì)出現(xiàn)由于生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃錯(cuò)誤導(dǎo)致的備料錯(cuò)誤;三是供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作優(yōu)勢未充分發(fā)揮,比如營銷管理缺失造成的庫存擠壓問題;四是市場分析運(yùn)作不科學(xué)不準(zhǔn)確,訂貨控制不科學(xué)導(dǎo)致了庫存不能最優(yōu)化等問題。其次對SL公司庫存管理的優(yōu)化。在對SL紡企管理存儲研究的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對性的對SL紡企怎樣管理庫存方面提出建議及對策:一是增強(qiáng)SL公司的信息化建設(shè)水平;二是對現(xiàn)有的庫存訂貨進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理,對原材料的采購程序、采購時(shí)期、采購數(shù)量制定科學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);三是實(shí)施庫存ABC等分類管理;四是加強(qiáng)營銷管理,降低產(chǎn)成品庫。五是實(shí)行供應(yīng)鏈管理模式,盡最大可能減少存儲量,大幅消減經(jīng)營成本,達(dá)到不斷提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the deep integration of the world economy and the increasingly serious market competition, quite a lot of enterprises are accepting the mode of supply chain management. Inventory management is an indispensable part of each node of supply chain management. Through the optimization and research of inventory management, it is helpful for enterprises to improve the performance of supply chain management, reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve the efficiency of the use of funds. In order to ensure that the product cost is reduced, the customer demand is timely response, and the enterprise capital turnover rate is improved, this paper analyzes the inventory cost and structure of SL company in depth. In order to make SL company more competitive in the industry. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, purpose and related theory and method of inventory system optimization in textile enterprises. To provide theoretical basis for optimizing the inventory system of textile enterprises. Introduce some advanced ways of inventory management in foreign companies. In order to solve the specific problems of Gaoyang SL Textile Company to provide guidance. Then to SL company inventory system analysis of the current situation. Mainland China textile enterprises storage management situation is explained. The main characteristics of storage management of textile enterprises in mainland China are obtained. This paper introduces the current situation of inventory in SL Company, explores the main problems existing in the current situation, and studies the countermeasures against these main problems. Through analysis, perspective. It is found that the following problems exist in the inventory management of SL Company: first, the lack of rationality of the production and purchase plan leads to the problems in the purchase of raw materials for SL textile enterprises; Second, the internal management of the company is not scientific, operating efficiency is not high, can not timely and accurate implementation of the established production plan, so that in the production of each link of the phenomenon is not in place, for example. The company will be due to production planning errors caused by the preparation of errors; Third, the supply chain cooperation advantage has not been brought into full play, such as the lack of marketing management caused by the problem of inventory squeeze; Fourth, the unscientific operation of market analysis and unscientific order control lead to the optimization of inventory. Secondly, the optimization of inventory management in SL company. On the basis of the research on the management and storage of SL textile enterprises. Put forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to manage inventory of SL spinning enterprises: first, enhance the level of information construction of SL company; The second is to make scientific management of the existing stock and order, to establish scientific standards for the purchase procedure of raw materials, the purchasing period and the quantity of purchase; Third, the implementation of inventory ABC and other classified management; Fourth, strengthen the marketing management, reduce the production and finished product storehouse. Fifth, implement the supply chain management mode, reduce the storage as much as possible, reduce the operating cost substantially, and achieve the goal of increasing the economic benefit continuously.
