【摘要】：在市場競爭激烈的今天,物料成本已經(jīng)很透明,企業(yè)要想在市場激烈的競爭中脫穎而出,就要最大化的挖掘自身生產(chǎn)效率和降低制造成本。針對這種現(xiàn)象,TPM組織提出了設備綜合效率(OEE)的管理理論。設備綜合效率是衡量企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的指標,通過對設備綜合效率的改善可以直觀的看出企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率變化情況,容易找出瓶頸設備,為改善活動提供了良好的切入點。本文針對A公司118F-C生產(chǎn)線設備綜合效率不高的問題進行改善活動,主要運用了魚骨圖、因子分析方法找出影響A公司118F-C生產(chǎn)線設備綜合效率的主要因素,并建立預防維修間隔期與生產(chǎn)總收益之間的關系模型,以確定合理的預防維修間隔期,然后用快速換模、平行順序移動加工方式和控制圖等方法對設備綜合效率的三大指標時間開動率、性能開動率、良品率進行改善,降低了由外部因素造成的時間損失、計劃維修造成的時間損失以及改裝換線造成的損失,最后通過改善方案的實施和跟蹤,使得改善對象A公司118F-C生產(chǎn)線上瓶頸設備的設備綜合效率提高到88.6%,提升了生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)效率,為公司帶來了直接的經(jīng)濟收益。通過用設備綜合效率對A公司生產(chǎn)設備進行改善,以及改善的結果可以表明,設備綜合效率理論對國內(nèi)制造型企業(yè)提高設備綜合利用水平具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the fierce competition in the market today, material costs have been very transparent, enterprises want to stand out in the fierce market competition, we must maximize the mining of their own production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. TPM has put forward the management theory of equipment comprehensive efficiency (OEE), which is an index to measure the production efficiency of enterprises. Through the improvement of the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment, we can intuitively see the change of the production efficiency of the enterprise, easy to find out the bottleneck equipment. For improving the activities to provide a good entry point. This paper aimed at A company 118F-C production line equipment comprehensive efficiency is not high improvement activities, mainly using the fish bone map. Factor analysis method was used to find out the main factors that affect the comprehensive efficiency of 118F-C production line of A Company, and the relationship model between preventive maintenance interval and total production income was established. In order to determine a reasonable preventive maintenance interval period, and then use the methods of rapid mold change, parallel sequential moving processing and control chart to the equipment comprehensive efficiency of the three indicators of the time start rate, performance start rate. The rate of good products is improved to reduce the time loss caused by external factors, the time loss caused by planned maintenance and the loss caused by the modification and replacement line. Finally, the implementation and tracking of the improved program are improved. So that the comprehensive efficiency of the bottleneck equipment on the 118F-C production line is increased to 88.6, and the production efficiency of the production line is improved. It brings direct economic benefits to the company. By using the equipment comprehensive efficiency to improve the production equipment of company A, and the result of the improvement can be shown. The theory of equipment comprehensive efficiency has certain reference significance for domestic manufacturing enterprises to improve the level of comprehensive utilization of equipment.
