【摘要】:本文選擇企業(yè)家開放性特征作為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性研究新的影響因素,分析了企業(yè)家開放性特征對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)及高管團(tuán)隊(duì)不平等的情境效應(yīng)。本文以2003-2014年A股制造業(yè)上市公司為樣本,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):企業(yè)家開放性特征對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性具有正向影響,高管團(tuán)隊(duì)不平等能夠促進(jìn)兩者正向關(guān)系。此外,對于非民營企業(yè)而言,企業(yè)家開放性特征對創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性的影響更顯著。
[Abstract]:This paper chooses the open characteristic of entrepreneur as the new influence factor of the enterprise innovation sustainability, and analyzes the influence of the entrepreneur opening characteristic on the enterprise innovation sustainability. On this basis, it discusses the property right nature and the contextual effect of the inequality of senior management team. This paper takes A share manufacturing listed companies as the sample from 2003 to 2014. The study found that the open characteristics of entrepreneurs have a positive impact on the sustainability of enterprise innovation, and the inequality of executive team can promote the positive relationship between the two. In addition, for non-private enterprises. The impact of entrepreneur openness on innovation sustainability is more significant.
