生態(tài)鏈視角下我國光伏企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)近年來快速崛起。2015年初,中國已經(jīng)成為全世界范圍內(nèi)光伏發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量最大的國家。目前,我國已有近五百家光伏類企業(yè)和組件制造企業(yè),未來還會(huì)有更多的企業(yè)進(jìn)入到光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)中。隨著光伏企業(yè)數(shù)量的不斷增多,行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)間的競爭日趨激烈。在此情境下,順應(yīng)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,促進(jìn)企業(yè)走向合作競爭的軌道,不僅可以發(fā)揮戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的集聚效應(yīng),更能夠穩(wěn)定光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭格局,提升我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力。與生物界種群間的相互依賴關(guān)系相類似,企業(yè)間的生存與發(fā)展也具有相互依賴性。在行業(yè)處于不斷發(fā)展變化的過程中,企業(yè)應(yīng)該像生物種群那樣協(xié)同進(jìn)化。而企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟正是這樣一種新型的合作競爭組織模式,它強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)各方在競爭合作中實(shí)現(xiàn)合理分工、資源互補(bǔ)和功能協(xié)同,并在共同的成長過程中共享學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)曲線效應(yīng),促進(jìn)聯(lián)盟內(nèi)企業(yè)核心能力及聯(lián)盟整體競爭實(shí)力的提升。生態(tài)學(xué)理論及仿生學(xué)方法,為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的研究提供了新的思維方式,借助生態(tài)學(xué)思維方式來考察戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的生態(tài)鏈及聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建的原理,是本文的研究旨向所在。本文對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的理論進(jìn)行生態(tài)價(jià)值分析,結(jié)合企業(yè)生態(tài)鏈的相關(guān)理論,以生態(tài)學(xué)的思維對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行分析,討論生態(tài)鏈下的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的結(jié)構(gòu)形式并建立聯(lián)盟共生體系。以光伏企業(yè)組為案例對(duì)象對(duì)我國光伏企業(yè)的目前狀況進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而指出我國光伏企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的必要性和可行性。隨后結(jié)合生態(tài)鏈原理,以生態(tài)價(jià)值思維對(duì)我國光伏企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟所遇到的問題進(jìn)行梳理,得出戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟在光伏企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用具有普遍性、規(guī)律性的特征。通過當(dāng)前的分析構(gòu)建企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的框架圖,從企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、戰(zhàn)略模式選擇、戰(zhàn)略伙伴選擇、利益分配原則、信任建立機(jī)制五個(gè)方面詳細(xì)論述我國光伏企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建的要點(diǎn),為我國光伏企業(yè)構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟提供理論基礎(chǔ)。最后利用模糊理論分析企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的評(píng)價(jià)原理,從產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境、企業(yè)本身、聯(lián)盟伙伴和信任機(jī)制四個(gè)維度評(píng)價(jià)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,指出我國光伏企業(yè)要想實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟績效優(yōu)化,需對(duì)影響因素合理分析、尋找,有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行因素完善。為光伏企業(yè)構(gòu)建企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)我國光伏企業(yè)競爭力提升的最終目的。
[Abstract]:In early 2015, China has become the largest photovoltaic power generation capacity in the world. There are nearly 500 photovoltaic enterprises and module manufacturing enterprises in China, and more enterprises will enter the photovoltaic industry in the future. With the increase of the number of photovoltaic enterprises. The competition among enterprises in the industry is becoming more and more fierce. In this situation, in accordance with the development needs of photovoltaic industry, build the strategic alliance of enterprises in the industry, promote enterprises to the track of cooperative competition. It can not only exert the agglomeration effect of strategic alliance, but also stabilize the competition pattern of photovoltaic industry and enhance the international competitiveness of photovoltaic industry in China. The existence and development of enterprises are also interdependent. The industry is in the process of continuous development and change. Enterprises should co-evolve like biological populations, and strategic alliance of enterprises is such a new mode of cooperative competition organization, which emphasizes the rational division of labor among all parties in competition and cooperation. Resource complementation and functional synergy, and sharing learning opportunities and experience curve effect in the common growth process, to promote the promotion of enterprise core competence and alliance overall competitive strength. Ecological theory and bionics methods. It provides a new way of thinking for the study of the strategic alliance of enterprises. With the help of the ecological thinking mode, the ecological chain of the strategic alliance and the principle of the alliance construction are investigated. This paper analyzes the ecological value of the theory of enterprise strategic alliance, combined with the relevant theory of enterprise ecological chain, with ecological thinking to analyze the strategic alliance of enterprises. This paper discusses the structure of the strategic alliance of enterprises under the ecological chain and establishes the symbiotic system of the alliance. Taking the photovoltaic enterprise group as the case object, this paper analyzes the current situation of the photovoltaic enterprises in China. Then it points out the necessity and feasibility of the strategic alliance of photovoltaic enterprises in our country. Then combined with the ecological chain principle, the paper combs the current situation of photovoltaic enterprises and the problems encountered in the construction of strategic alliance by ecological value thinking. The application of strategic alliance in photovoltaic enterprises has the characteristics of universality and regularity. Through the current analysis to construct the framework diagram of strategic alliance, from the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the choice of strategic model. Strategic partner selection, benefit distribution principle and trust establishment mechanism are discussed in detail on the key points of the strategic alliance construction of photovoltaic enterprises in China. This paper provides the theoretical basis for the construction of strategic alliance of photovoltaic enterprises in China. Finally, it analyzes the evaluation principle of strategic alliance of enterprises by using fuzzy theory, from the industrial environment to the enterprise itself. Four dimensions of alliance partners and trust mechanism to evaluate strategic alliance, pointing out that China's photovoltaic enterprises to achieve strategic alliance performance optimization, we need to reasonable analysis of the impact factors, to find out. It can provide the experience for photovoltaic enterprises to build strategic alliance and realize the ultimate goal of enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese photovoltaic enterprises.
