【摘要】：工業(yè)小企業(yè)是我國實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。工業(yè)小企業(yè)生成能力在小企業(yè)概念階段、孕育階段和企業(yè)創(chuàng)立到與市場(chǎng)達(dá)成平衡這一完整的生存期,需要企業(yè)具有生成階段中思維能力、行為能力、聚合能力、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力等,需要進(jìn)行多層次、全方位孕育培養(yǎng)。從小企業(yè)生命周期的概念、孕育、生成和成長四個(gè)階段出發(fā),通過實(shí)地調(diào)查研究,運(yùn)用概率回歸模型,并通過魯棒性檢測(cè)等方法實(shí)證分析小企業(yè)生成能力和資源稟賦因素關(guān)聯(lián)性狀況,最后對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果闡明描述性結(jié)論和延伸思考,并對(duì)推進(jìn)小企業(yè)生成能力提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The industrial small enterprise is the foundation of the real economy of our country. The industrial small enterprise generation ability is in the small enterprise concept stage, the gestation stage and the enterprise foundation to reach the balance with the market this complete survival period. Enterprises need to have the ability of thinking, behavior, aggregation, market competition and so on, and need to carry out multi-level, all-round incubation, from the concept of small business life cycle, gestation. Starting from the four stages of generation and growth, through field investigation, using the probability regression model, and through robust testing methods to empirically analyze the small business generation ability and resource endowment factors of relevance. Finally, the paper clarifies the descriptive conclusion and extended thinking on the data results, and puts forward some relevant suggestions to promote the small business generating ability.
