【摘要】：采取高效、合理方式應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)外做空機(jī)構(gòu)質(zhì)疑,有利于提高我國(guó)企業(yè)的信譽(yù)度與影響力,推進(jìn)海外收購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。然而,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)多數(shù)企業(yè)在面對(duì)國(guó)際質(zhì)疑時(shí),大多抱有消極逃避態(tài)度,采取的應(yīng)對(duì)舉措也不完善,極大地制約了企業(yè)的海外投資步伐。由此,文章通過(guò)一則民營(yíng)企業(yè)成功應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際質(zhì)疑的案例,重點(diǎn)分析了永輝焦煤在面對(duì)國(guó)際做空機(jī)構(gòu)質(zhì)疑時(shí)的主要應(yīng)對(duì)舉措,并提出了幾點(diǎn)相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:It is helpful to improve the reputation and influence of Chinese enterprises and promote the successful realization of overseas acquisition projects by taking an efficient and reasonable way to deal with the queries of foreign short selling agencies. In the face of international challenges, most of our enterprises have a negative attitude to escape, and the measures taken are not perfect, which greatly restricts the pace of overseas investment of enterprises. Based on a case in which private enterprises successfully deal with international challenges, this paper focuses on the main countermeasures of Yonghui coking coal in the face of international short selling organizations' queries, and puts forward some relevant inspirations.
