【摘要】：采取高效、合理方式應對國外做空機構質(zhì)疑,有利于提高我國企業(yè)的信譽度與影響力,推進海外收購項目的順利實現(xiàn)。然而,長期以來,我國多數(shù)企業(yè)在面對國際質(zhì)疑時,大多抱有消極逃避態(tài)度,采取的應對舉措也不完善,極大地制約了企業(yè)的海外投資步伐。由此,文章通過一則民營企業(yè)成功應對國際質(zhì)疑的案例,重點分析了永輝焦煤在面對國際做空機構質(zhì)疑時的主要應對舉措,并提出了幾點相關啟示。
[Abstract]:It is helpful to improve the reputation and influence of Chinese enterprises and promote the successful realization of overseas acquisition projects by taking an efficient and reasonable way to deal with the queries of foreign short selling agencies. In the face of international challenges, most of our enterprises have a negative attitude to escape, and the measures taken are not perfect, which greatly restricts the pace of overseas investment of enterprises. Based on a case in which private enterprises successfully deal with international challenges, this paper focuses on the main countermeasures of Yonghui coking coal in the face of international short selling organizations' queries, and puts forward some relevant inspirations.
