【摘要】：目前,中國(guó)進(jìn)入工業(yè)化的關(guān)鍵時(shí)機(jī),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,對(duì)儀器儀表的需求日益劇增,判斷未來(lái)五年對(duì)儀器儀表的需求將穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),年增長(zhǎng)率在10%左右。儀器儀表設(shè)備的增長(zhǎng)一方面表現(xiàn)在量上,另一方面也表現(xiàn)在技術(shù)水平不斷提升和國(guó)產(chǎn)化及出口比例不斷提高。沒(méi)有該行業(yè)就沒(méi)有信息時(shí)代,就不會(huì)有世界經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技的新發(fā)展,這是各國(guó)科技界、產(chǎn)業(yè)界的共識(shí)。近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)能源、化工、節(jié)能環(huán)保等領(lǐng)域快速發(fā)展,行業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求增長(zhǎng)較快,特別是工業(yè)自動(dòng)化儀表和控制系統(tǒng)等技術(shù)含量高的產(chǎn)品需求增長(zhǎng)尤為快速。中國(guó)儀器儀表市場(chǎng)蓬勃發(fā)展為全球帶來(lái)商機(jī),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,帶來(lái)了全社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)。本文通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、案例與理論相結(jié)合的研究方法,從探討企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論出發(fā),對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡述和分析,闡述PEST模型、五力模型、SWOT模型等戰(zhàn)略分析工具的基本理論。通過(guò)運(yùn)用分析法、波特五力模型對(duì)該公司發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春鍋爐儀表程控設(shè)備股份有限公司內(nèi)部資源和能力進(jìn)行分析,為確立該公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供依據(jù)。在提出該公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并進(jìn)行該公司發(fā)展分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出該公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略框架,并提出該公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體保障措施,主要通過(guò)實(shí)施生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略和財(cái)務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略,是確保公司總體發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),維系企業(yè)長(zhǎng)久競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和騰飛。
[Abstract]:At present, China enters the key time of industrialization, with the development of economy, the demand for instruments is increasing rapidly, judging that the demand for instruments will increase steadily in the next five years. The annual growth rate is about 10%. The growth of instrumentation is on the one hand quantitative. On the other hand, it is also reflected in the continuous upgrading of technology and the increasing proportion of domestic and export products. Without this industry, there would be no information age, and there would be no new development of the world economy and science and technology, which is the scientific and technological circles of all countries. Industry consensus. In recent years, with the rapid development of energy, chemical, energy conservation and environmental protection in China, the market demand of the industry is growing rapidly. In particular, the demand for high-technology products such as industrial automation instruments and control systems is growing rapidly. The rapid development of the Chinese instrument market has brought business opportunities to the whole world and the sustained development of China's economy. This article through the statistical analysis method, the case and the theory unifies the research method, starts from the discussion enterprise development strategy theory. The related concepts of enterprise development strategy are expounded and analyzed, and the basic theories of strategic analysis tools such as PEST model, five-force model and SWOT model are expounded. Porter's five-force model analyzes the external environment of the company's development, and analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of Changchun Boiler instrument Program Control equipment Co., Ltd. In order to provide the basis for establishing the development strategy of the company. On the basis of putting forward the strategic goal of the development of the company and analyzing the development of the company, the paper puts forward the strategic framework of the development of the company. And put forward the company development strategy implementation of specific safeguards, mainly through the implementation of production strategy, technology innovation strategy, marketing strategy, human resources strategy and financial management strategy. Is to ensure the realization of the overall development objectives of the company, maintain a long-term competitive advantage and take-off.
