【摘要】:面對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的沖擊,實體行業(yè)逐步將重心轉(zhuǎn)移到體驗服務層面。隨著移動增強現(xiàn)實技術(shù)的進一步發(fā)展,越來越多傳統(tǒng)零售行業(yè)引入該技術(shù)為消費者提供更好的購物體驗。雖然市面上已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)各種各樣的移動增強現(xiàn)實服務應用,但大多數(shù)是以滿足可用性為目的,沒有建立良好的用戶體驗。針對這一問題,筆者通過問卷調(diào)查、事件跟蹤觀察,深度訪談等方式研究現(xiàn)有移動增強現(xiàn)實應用的用戶體驗,分析移動增強現(xiàn)實的影響因素,構(gòu)建用戶體驗模型。提出將移動增強現(xiàn)實技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)廚電零售業(yè)相結(jié)合,從用戶的角度探索全新的廚電購物體驗模式,幫助用戶更詳細的了解產(chǎn)品信息,為用戶的購物體驗增加趣味性和互動性,試圖激發(fā)用戶的消費欲望。本文按照用戶體驗設計流程分析了廚電銷售應用的產(chǎn)品需求,從人機交互、用戶體驗、情感設計等多方面研究用戶界面的設計內(nèi)容及呈現(xiàn)方式。最后采用層次分析法,結(jié)合用戶體驗評估調(diào)查問卷對該應用進行量化評估,驗證其可行性和用戶體驗質(zhì)量。移動增強現(xiàn)實技術(shù)在各個領域的應用將會帶來更多全新的用戶體驗方式,該技術(shù)發(fā)展勢頭猛烈,在未來幾年將會有很高的市場占有率,面向廚電零售業(yè)的移動增強現(xiàn)實應用順應了未來的發(fā)展趨勢,潛藏著巨大的商業(yè)價值,為線下購物體驗提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Faced with the impact of the Internet economy, the physical industry gradually shifted its focus to the experience service level. With the further development of mobile augmented reality technology. More and more traditional retail industries introduce this technology to provide consumers with a better shopping experience. Although there have been a variety of mobile augmented reality service applications in the market, most of them are designed to meet the needs of usability. There is no good user experience. Aiming at this problem, the author studies the user experience of the existing mobile augmented reality application through questionnaire survey, event tracking observation, in-depth interview and so on. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of mobile augmented reality, constructs a user experience model, and proposes to combine mobile augmented reality technology with traditional kitchen electricity retail industry to explore a brand new experience mode of kitchen electricity shopping from the perspective of users. Help users to understand more detailed product information, for the user's shopping experience to add fun and interactive. According to the user experience design process, this paper analyzes the product demand of the kitchen electricity sales application, from the human-computer interaction, the user experience. Emotional design and other aspects of the user interface design content and presentation. Finally, the use of AHP, combined with the user experience evaluation questionnaire quantitative evaluation of the application. Verify its feasibility and user experience quality. The application of mobile augmented reality technology in various fields will bring more new user experience, the technology development momentum is fierce. In the next few years, there will be a high market share. The mobile augmented reality application for kitchen electricity retail conforms to the future development trend, latent huge commercial value, and provides a new way for offline shopping experience.
