【摘要】：伴隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),汽車行業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越發(fā)的猛烈,企業(yè)時(shí)刻面對(duì)著被淘汰的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。企業(yè)要想生存和長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)營(yíng)就要時(shí)刻關(guān)注公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理,這樣才能使企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。由于空氣污染嚴(yán)重,對(duì)汽車的購(gòu)買開始限制,出行限號(hào)也在很多城市開始實(shí)施。但汽車的年銷售量卻不斷的升高,并且每個(gè)家庭平均擁有還不到一輛汽車,由此可見汽車的需要量還有很大的提升空間。汽車行業(yè)過多的依賴合資的經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)就決定了汽車經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,汽車的銷售量受到國(guó)外許多品牌的沖擊。上市汽車企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)情況直接影響著我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)狀況和成長(zhǎng)方向,合理的提升財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有很大的必要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行闡述,考慮汽車行業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)和財(cái)務(wù)特點(diǎn),分析對(duì)汽車行業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究的必要性和重要性。其次,合理的選取樣本和財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),建立財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,采用因子分析法搭建恰當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)模型。樣本的選取是根據(jù)滬深上市企業(yè)數(shù)量再剔除不具有對(duì)比性的客車和汽車零部件生產(chǎn)的企業(yè),最終選定13家企業(yè)作為研究樣本。財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的選取是依據(jù)汽車行業(yè)資金周轉(zhuǎn)率低,指標(biāo)之間相關(guān)性高等特點(diǎn),最終選擇了三個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)十個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)作為財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)。然后,利用因子分析法模型演算出主因子排名和綜合排名,再根據(jù)主因子得分的排名和綜合排名對(duì)汽車行業(yè)進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力深入分析。最后,結(jié)合汽車行業(yè)特點(diǎn)以及所處的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,對(duì)汽車行業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究深入總結(jié),并提出了提高財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建議。本文里說明了分析的局限之處以及將來(lái)的探索和改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the national economy, in the market competition in the automotive industry is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises face the risk of being eliminated. If the enterprises want to survive and long-term business to business management, pay close attention to the company's financial management, so as to enable enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Because of the serious air pollution, the the purchase of the car began to limit, restricting the number of trips started in many city. But the car annual sales are constantly increased, and the average family has less than a car, thus the automobile demand there is still much room for improvement. The auto industry to rely too much on the operating characteristics of the joint venture will determine the operating conditions the car, car sales by many foreign brands. The impact of the financial situation of listed companies directly affects the growth of Chinese auto industry status and development direction, reasonable It is necessary and of great practical significance to enhance the financial competitiveness. Firstly, the basic theory of enterprise competitiveness and financial competitiveness were discussed, considering the operation characteristics and financial characteristics of the automotive industry, analysis the necessity of the research on financial competitiveness of the automobile industry and the importance. Secondly, reasonable selection of samples and financial indicators, establish evaluation the system of financial competitiveness, using factor analysis method to build the appropriate mathematical model. The sample selection is based on the number of Listed Companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen to eliminate compared with passenger cars and auto parts production enterprises, and ultimately selected 13 companies as the research sample. The selection of financial indicators is based on the automobile industry capital turnover rate is low, the correlation among index the characteristics of the final choice of three first level indexes and ten level two indexes as financial indicators. Then, using the factor analysis model of calculus The main factor ranking and ranking, according to the main factor score rankings and ranking of financial competitiveness of the automotive industry in-depth analysis. Finally, combining the characteristics of automobile industry and the market environment, in-depth summary of the research on financial competitiveness of the automobile industry, and increase financial competitiveness. This paper illustrates the limitations in the analysis and the future direction of research and improvement.
