【摘要】：19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,東亞糖業(yè)格局發(fā)生較大變動(dòng),由中國(guó)主導(dǎo)的前近代東亞糖業(yè)格局解體,以日本及英屬香港糖業(yè)為主導(dǎo),歐洲、爪哇、古巴、中國(guó)等糖業(yè)主體競(jìng)相角逐的東亞糖業(yè)新格局逐漸形成。在這個(gè)變動(dòng)過(guò)程中,爪哇糖業(yè)扮演了不可或缺的重要角色:廉價(jià)原料糖大批量涌入東亞市場(chǎng),推動(dòng)了日本及英屬香港精制糖業(yè)的發(fā)展,加劇了東亞市場(chǎng)上各糖業(yè)主體之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng);優(yōu)良蔗種及先進(jìn)蔗作技術(shù)引進(jìn)東亞,影響了中國(guó)大陸、日殖臺(tái)灣的蔗種改良及甘蔗種植。受巨量糖品需求的影響,爪哇糖業(yè)積極轉(zhuǎn)型,其精制糖品亦大量登陸東亞市場(chǎng)。從爪哇糖業(yè)與中日糖業(yè)之間的多維關(guān)系,既可管窺中日糖業(yè)地位轉(zhuǎn)換的內(nèi)在肌理,亦可解讀近代東亞社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)變遷的多重面相。
[Abstract]:At the end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century, the pattern of East Asian sugar industry changed greatly, and the pattern of East Asian sugar industry dominated by China disintegrated, dominated by Japan and British Hong Kong sugar industry, Europe, Java, Cuba. The new pattern of East Asian sugar industry which China and other sugar industry players compete for is gradually formed. In the process of this change, Java sugar industry plays an indispensable role: cheap raw sugar into the East Asian market in large quantities. It promotes the development of refined sugar industry in Japan and British Hong Kong, and intensifies the competition among the main bodies of the sugar industry in the East Asian market. The introduction of superior sugarcane species and advanced sugarcane farming techniques into East Asia has affected the improvement of sugarcane species and the cultivation of sugarcane in mainland China, Japan and Taiwan. Due to the huge demand for sugar products, the Javanese sugar industry has been undergoing a positive transformation. From the multidimensional relationship between the Java sugar industry and the Sino-Japanese sugar industry, we can see the internal texture of the transformation of the status of the Chinese and Japanese sugar industry. It can also interpret the multiple aspects of the social and economic changes in modern East Asia.
