【摘要】:通過(guò)引入單位要素成本指標(biāo),本文對(duì)佩特蘭和勒文叟漢(Petrin and Levinsohn)的生產(chǎn)率分解模型進(jìn)行了拓展,[1]得到了一個(gè)更為準(zhǔn)確的資源重置效應(yīng)。利用2000—2007年中國(guó)規(guī)模以上制造業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)算顯示,技術(shù)進(jìn)步和要素市場(chǎng)總扭曲是生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)的主要來(lái)源;樣本期間資源重置對(duì)生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)的平均貢獻(xiàn)僅有3.24%,且日漸式微。然而資源錯(cuò)配造成的福利損失卻依舊占制造業(yè)增加值的近26.63%。這表明,在現(xiàn)有體制下通過(guò)市場(chǎng)自發(fā)調(diào)節(jié)促進(jìn)要素合理配置的空間已經(jīng)耗盡,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出一定的"固化"傾向,進(jìn)一步的資源重置應(yīng)來(lái)自對(duì)現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的改革,以緩解資源錯(cuò)配。本文最后通過(guò)測(cè)算各地區(qū)的資源重置潛力,為區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供了一個(gè)量化參考。
[Abstract]:By introducing the unit cost factor index, the Peterland and Levin Chaucer (Petrin and Levinsohn) Chinese productivity decomposition model is extended to [1] to get a more accurate resource reallocation effect. From 2000 to 2007 China manufacturing enterprises data, the estimates show that the total distortion of technological progress and market is the major source of productivity growth during the sample period; resources to reset the productivity growth averaged only 3.24%, and the decline of nearly 26.63%.. However, the mismatch of resources caused by the welfare loss but still accounted for the manufacturing value added that, under the existing system self-regulation to promote the rational allocation of elements of the space has been exhausted by the market, the economic structure presents a certain "curing" tendency, further reform of the existing resources should be reset from the economic structure, to reduce the mismatch of resources. Through the end of this article The potential of resource resetting in various regions is calculated, which provides a quantitative reference for the optimization of regional structure.
